My daughter and I were traveling from South Carolina to California. When we were in Oklahoma, we noticed some steam come out from one of our air vents on the left side. So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them! read more

These Guys Really Know How to Treat a Customer They provided me with information about replacing my compressor and dryer, so I could complete the repair of my cars Air Conditioning System. I then took the car to them so the A/C system could be checked for leaks and the correct amount of refrigerant was added. They had me on my way in less than 2 hours, with A/C blowing cold. I was on vacation in OK, 1,850 from my home in MT. They saved me over $1,000. In 45 years of working on my own cars, I have never met a repair shop that would help you out like they did. Checotah Auto Repair is undoubtedly the best place, with the best people!! I had an accident while traveling on I-40 earlier this week. It was initially very stressful, as I was a female traveling alone, and was more than 3 hours away from my home in Dallas. Ron and his amazing crew couldn't have taken better care of me! There were quite a few things that needed fixed on my car to make it drivable again and I was very nervous about it being safe to drive home because of the condition that it was in. Ron assured me that he would take care of both my car and me in the way that he would want his wife or daughter to be cared for if they were in the same situation. Not only did he work extremely hard to make my car drivable in 24 hours, but he and his guys made sure that I was well taken care of. They drove me to a friendly little restaurant to get a good, hot meal, and also found a hotel for me to stay the night, carried my bags in and told the employee there of my situation and asked them to see that I was comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality didn't end when I left; Ron checked in on me even after I returned home to ensure that I had arrived safely and ask about my progress here in Dallas with the insurance adjusters and body shop. Thank you, Ron, and your wonderful staff! I only wish that I lived closer to Checotah so that you could do all of my vehicle maintenance and repairs. read more
