So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

I was on vacation in OK, 1,850 from my home in MT. They saved me over $1,000. In 45 years of working on my own cars, I have never met a repair shop that would help you out like they did. My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. I highly recommend this guy.

He did say that there would be restocking fee if I cancel the job. I didn't care because he gave me his word, and I trusted him that he would fix the car. He NEVER SHOWED. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. I have our full conversation that turned sour if anyone is considering hiring him. I might even seek legal counsel if this review does not make him refund the money.

I rarely post reviews about a business, but I feel compelled to brag about this automotive shop…read more Mike at Alternative Automotive and his crew are the absolute best. I had electrical issues with a used Nissan. I had it in 3 different shops and spent almost 2000 dollars trying to get it repaired. The dealer ship wanted 4000k to repair it, and had the wrong diagnosis. Other shops told me to replace the ECM, sensors and wiring harnesses. Mike found the problem after one day- it turned out to be a short in a connector. The car runs great now!! I wish I would have known about this mechanic before I spend 2000 grand in the other 3 shops. Very knowledgeable and skilled mechanics, but also very honest.
