So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

My truck was making a terrible noise and was getting worse…read more I took it into a transmission shop that told me the transmission needed re-built and the cost was $3,800. I contacted On Site and Allen came out, drove my truck and said that the issue wasn't the transmission but the front wheel bearings. He replaced them and solved my issue. $3,800 verses $550. He said he was going to refund me $800 and told me to return the parts myself to Auto Zone. I did and was refunded $587. I asked him to refund me the difference so we can remain civil about this; but Alan only calls back when he wants to.....very poor customer service. To any prospective customer: DO NOT trust his word. He claims to be honest and sincere. He might be until he gets your money. Made an appointment to get my car detailed. Dropped it off at 8am and they went right to work on…read moreit. Didn't mention anything about how long it would take either. I expected to wait 2hrs. After two hours I asked how much longer and the receptionist just told me he is very thorough. After four hours of waiting, I asked if they can go check and see how much longer it will be. They came back and said shouldn't be much longer they are doing the windows, let's have you pay. So I paid, $75 and went and waited outside. A man came outside and said "hey sugar" "hey mam" then I looked to see if he was speaking to me and he was. He said normally detailed vehicles aren't dropped off, and I said I was willing to wait the two hours. He then proceeded to tell me that it sometimes takes 8 and they never have people waiting for a detail to be done. I told him all I needed was that communicated and it would've be fine. Job was definitely not worth waiting 4hrs.
