They called me the next morning and said I could come and get it. It was fixed. I went there and they told me what they had done and they fixed it. I went there the next morning to pick it up and they told me what all they had done to fix it. They spent some time on it before it got fixed due to the damage it had. So when I went to pick it up I was very happy.. when I asked how much it would be they told me nothing. I couldn't believe they would do that for me. Being on a fixed income I really appreciated that. If I ever have another problem I am definitely going to take my car to them. A week after I had purchased the vehicle I followed up about the floor liners and the salesman acted as if they didn't agree to do this. I was flabbergasted, as it was literally the final element of the negotiation that resulted in an handshake, the salesman verifying the "ship to" address and getting the deal done. Shame on me for not verifying the liners were written into the paperwork but buyer beware the folks at Dunn Country will look you in the eye, shake your hand, promise something and then totally disregard it after you have cut them check.

I emailed credit apps and the finance manager worked hard to match my BofA financing rate. Spent less than an hour at the dealer when we arrived to do paperwork and that included us swapping over a lot of items to the new vehicle. The dress down attire with the staff made us more comfortable as well. I will return to this dealer in the future despite it being 3 1/2 hours from home.
