I googled and found Bales auto and called, mainly hoping to find a place to leave the car as we drive to pick them up. The owner Bud Baled answered and drove to the gas station they had stopped at which was just 2 minutes away. Even though he was supposed to close at 6, he had them drive to shop, diagnosed the issue ( failed water pump ) searched for part and agreed to drive to neighboring town, get part, install it and have them on their way. Wow. True to his word he had them back on their way road by 8:30pm and they arrived at 12:30am. He even followed up with a text to make sure. That is unheard of these days. The luck of breaking down right there before getting on the turnpike (which has little help or cell signal) is a God thing. Super appreciated and took some stress off of us.

I love how they now have pick up and delivery within a certain mile radius, I work in town and they come and pick up the bronco, service it and bring it back without any problems! So, we decided to get our truck and air conditioner checked out at this shop. We didn't have an appointment and they were really busy that day, but they still made time for us and checked our truck. They checked everything and it turned out that all we needed was a new radiator cap because it had a small crack. The owner and all his employees were extremely friendly, helpful, and honest. They were also very reasonably priced. If we are ever in Oklahoma and need to get our truck checked out again, we would definitely go back to their shop! We highly recommend them!

With this happening I couldn't close the door because it was off track. I took it to Hinshaws and they said they would look at it. Having only one car I was concerned about how long it would take. They called me the next morning and said I could come and get it. It was fixed. I went there and they told me what they had done and they fixed it. I went there the next morning to pick it up and they told me what all they had done to fix it. They spent some time on it before it got fixed due to the damage it had. So when I went to pick it up I was very happy.. when I asked how much it would be they told me nothing. I couldn't believe they would do that for me. Being on a fixed income I really appreciated that. If I ever have another problem I am definitely going to take my car to them. I purchased a 2001 F250 Super Duty pickup. It was used and looked good and the salesman assured me…read morethat he owned a truck just like it and how good it was. The salesman said it may need new plugs and coil packs. Wow! he was correct only he left out how someone had used waterglass or some other sealant to fill the plug well up to the ceramic, making it impossible to remove the plug. I contacted the dealership and received an email saying that it was to old and had to many miles on it to receive any help. I recommend to anyone planning to buy from this dealership to get their own mechanic to check the vehicle. Now I have a vehicle not road worthy and still owe the bank....sucks to be me ...HUH
