The representative for that roofing company never even contacted me to tell me that the adjuster found no damage. I called my insurance company and demanded a second opinion, as the houses on both sides of mine had damage and had already had their roofs replaced. I contacted Laura @ Morningview Roofing & Restoration out of Concord. She came out and chalked my roof, took multiple pictures of the hail damage to my roof and sent them to both me and the insurance adjuster. The repair work was approved. Morningview sent a crew out that completed the roof restoration in only 2 days and cleaned up the area, better than it was when they arrived. Unfortunately their were a few damages during the restoration. I contacted Laura and her boss Josh came out to assess the damages himself. He assured me he would take care of them.
