Any time we had a question or concern, he was willing to help and asked many times if we were happy throughout the process. We got many compliments on everything. I was told they checked and they were good to be picked up then. Fast forward to today, I get to Caroline's a little after 930, imagine my surprise when the woman behidn the counter tells me not only are the baskets not ready, they won't be ready for at least 2 hours. This isn't what upset me, listen I understand that things happen. What is insanely unprofessional is the fact that I arrived at my office about 7 minutes from Caroline's and she is on the phone with my coworker saying the baskets are ready. I was not told to wait for them, I was told they would need TWO MORE HOURS. I had to spend most of my day running around in circles back and forth when all of this could have been avoided if she asked me to wait 10 more minutes. I am extremely unhappy with the service and unfortunately I don't think I'll be choosing Caroline's anymore.

Floral Explosion was second on the list. The first place I called could not do same day delivery. The woman who answered the phone was very friendly. She took down all necessary information. I was browsing their website and told her the name of the arrangement I wanted. She explained the arrangement might not look exactly like the image on the website but it would be close. I told her the flowers needed to arrive before 1p (because of moms work schedule). I also asked if she could send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. I called at 9:33a. I received a picture of the arrangement at 10:23a. The flowers were delivered before 12p. My mom text me at 11:59a to say she loved the flowers. To say I am happy with the service I received would be an underestimate. I am over the moon. Thank you.

I emailed the florist with my disappointment along with pictures for comparison. I was denied my request for a partial refund and told the arrangement was to value. It most definitely was not the "Deluxe" arrangement that was pictured and what I paid for. Would not recommend this florist
