This wasn't just a delay--it completely missed the moment the flowers were meant for. To make matters worse, I paid $100 for an arrangement that looked like a $30 grocery store bouquet, including basic carnations. Living in Manhattan, I know what $100 should get you, and this was nowhere close. My friend was gracious, but I was honestly embarrassed. The shop's refrigerator wasn't stocked with tons of flowers like many other florists I been to in the past. There were carnations to the left of me when I walked in, some lilies on the counter and some hydrangeas on the floor behind the counter but I didn't notice any roses. Would I shop here again?
