The store was a bright long and narrow shop filled with beautiful potted plants and a refrigerator of beautiful flowers. The store is around the corner from Winthrop Hospital making Sunny Flowers and ideal stop prior to your visit. Besides the items on display, Mia told me that they can put together any type of arrangement needed both large and small. With the new signs in Mineola designating 15 minute parking, I hope that more people will come here to make some of their flower purchases.

The shop's refrigerator wasn't stocked with tons of flowers like many other florists I been to in the past. There were carnations to the left of me when I walked in, some lilies on the counter and some hydrangeas on the floor behind the counter but I didn't notice any roses. Would I shop here again? My brother-in-law had preordered flowers (for specific flowers, my sisters favorite) 3-4 weeks in advance, he spoke to who I believe is Micki and he payed in advance and Micki confidently said he can execute the ideal. On the day of my sister anniversary which happens to be Christmas eve, I go to pick up the flowers, and omg the flower arrange looks NOTHING like the photo. NOTHING. I was shocked, I was so confused, and Micki goes we ran out of flowers, and then talks to to his coworkers oh yeah he order in advance but making a bunch of excuses, trying to act as if these flowers look similar to the photo... to get me to buy them but it did not and I wasn't having it. It's a flower shop... and we ordered specific flowers in advance? How do you run out? It was so unprofessional. Why I'm making this review? Because if you lie and make unfilled promises it can really impacted someone's plans, especially on someone's wedding anniversary, when we gave you enough time to execute. We last minute chose a bunch of other flowers. Super dissatisfied and disappointed when looking back. Safe to say never coming back especially when this place is highly rated and far out of the way for me.
