They scammed me out of $2200 by saying I needed a new electrical panel when it was quite clear (as later diagnosed by the INTERNET PROVIDER) all I actually needed was a call to FPL to have them fix an open neutral wire, which was free, and did fix all the issues. They sent a new dude who hacked my siding and when confronted about it, they promised to fix it twice but no call/no showed. After confronting Robert about their negligence and predatory tactics regarding the unfinished job and the missed open neutral wire, he agreed they must have "missed that" and promised to refund my money over the course of two weeks, but then reneged on that promise and just blocked my calls. The WORST PART of it, was that after replacing the panel they assured me my house was safe and no longer a fire hazard for my kids however when Spectrum came to repair their equipment they advised they wouldn't touch anything as my home was "an extreme fire hazard and in immediate risk of burning down until FPL comes out". FPL confirmed this should have been obvious to any Electeician and was in fact such an extreme fire risk. Don't trust these unprofessional unqualified scammers! After the new panel didn't fix ANYTHING they were gonna have me spend almost $3K more and start ripping up my ceiling, chasing made up problems.

They gave me an estimate window of 2pm-4pm on Wednesday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. She said she would call me back in "3 minutes." She never called me back, but she did send an email to reschedule. Based on no follow through of something basic as a phone call, I went against my gut instinct and decided to give them one more chance. They gave me a one hour window of 2pm-3pm on Thursday. They never showed up. No one bothered to give me advanced warning of being late or not showing up. I called them, and a lady was fumbling her words and making a ton of excuses. The apologies sounded insincere as if it was something she was repeating all day long to people. She said she could reschedule me for the following Tuesday, but offered no ownership of the issue and no guarantee that the 3rd time would be any different.
