Do yourself a favor take your hard earned money elsewhere and find a contractor who treats you like a customer instead of a burden. Response: Yes, your guys didn't build the roof and the roof is not leaking. I've been trying to contact Anthony to explain this to him. But the wall that was built, your guys built the wall too far and it extends past the roofs overhang and he did not use any type of sealant/flashing so water just goes directly in between the wall panel. A family member hired this contractor, paid the project in full, and to this day the work remains unfinished. More than five years later, the hall bathroom still does not have a completed tub or shower. Throughout this entire process, there has been excuse after excuse, promises that the work would be finished, and repeated commitments that were never honored. Delays can happen on any construction project, but five years is beyond unreasonable--especially after being paid in full. Communication has been inconsistent, and every time it seemed like there was finally going to be progress, another excuse would follow. If you're considering hiring this contractor, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing, avoiding full payment until all work is completed to your satisfaction, and carefully considering whether this is someone you want to trust with your home. Many others said the roof above the windows running down the inside walls. And many others saying it was coming in through the stucco. I went through this process for six months. Finally Evan came out and gave me a detailed explanation about where the water was coming from. Evan did an excellent job repairing our water-damaged stucco. He found and fixed the source of the water, removed the damaged areas, inspected and repaired everything behind the stucco, replaced the necessary waterproofing and lath, and carefully blended the new stucco with the existing texture.
