I would give 5 stars for the spa and three for the rest of the resort, due to the following: This resort is no longer a Club Med location. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.

None of the scents are overwhelming and the products used are good for sensitive skin. BE ZEN: Following the massage, you are led into the Zen garden. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to their Botox event on October 25th. I thought I was getting Botox…read morearound my crows feet and forehead. None of it worked, then when I went back today (2 weeks later) and informed him of what had happened, I was told that he used Xeomin. NOT BOTOX! His office staff assured me when I went in he would make it right. He told me that I just needed more Botox and that it would be an additional charge. HE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!!! He actually said, "That's Our Policy". BTW, I have been getting Botox for 12 years, and have never this happen with any other doctor.
