I would give 5 stars for the spa and three for the rest of the resort, due to the following: This resort is no longer a Club Med location. It was bought by a local investment group and there seems to be some poor communication and training issues within the organization. When I went, the guard at the gate told me to check in at the front desk for directions to the spa. The person I spoke with at the front desk was very confused and wanted me to buy a day pass. However, you don't have to buy a day pass to get a massage at the spa, and you don't have to check in at the front desk (at least that wasn't the situation when I went). I just drove over to the side of the parking lot near the spa (as they eventually instructed) and went in for my massage. This was admittedly a few months ago, so hopefully they've got it figured out by now.

When you arrive, you are given a robe, sandals and locker. Then you go to the Zen Garden where you begin to unwind. After being greeted by your massage therapist, the experience begins with a foot soak and massage as they welcome you into the room and make you feel at ease. Then they give you time to get comfortable on the massage table. The next step was aromatherapy to start your relaxation and bring you to "Provence." None of the scents are overwhelming and the products used are good for sensitive skin. BE ZEN: Following the massage, you are led into the Zen garden.
