I went in for Ombre powder brows. After the initial $350 for the first session, I was told I need to come back for a touch up in 6 weeks. One eyebrow was drastically lighter than the other and the shape didn't match each brow. I was told at the 6 week touch up. ALL this would be corrected. Now 3 weeks out from my $115 touch up they are still different colors and not the same shape. This is the worst waste of money to still need to fill in my brows. I feel like the staff doesn't have full knowledge of PMU. Will never go back or recommend this place. I have alot of friends who wanted to have the same service done, but they will go elsewhere. As a 65-year-old woman, I came to her feeling self-conscious about my microbladed eyebrows, which I had done two years ago. There was a bald spot with no lines that really bothered me, and even after paying to have them redone by the same artist, the issue was never fully addressed.   After hearing from friends that I needed a correction, I made an appointment with Delia--and wow, she completely transformed my eyebrows! Had an appointment for a maintenance but I had contracted COVID.. didn't feel that I should have to tell them. They send texts reminding of appt but in the medical field working 12 hour shifts 9am to 9pm it's not always convenient to call them to reschedule my appointment, they weren't open yet or closed when I got off. Sent a text, they send a text back (automated). No lie, I finally got a hold of them after working 4 days of 12 hours, to reschedule and because during their cancellation policy rules I had to pay another $50... I swear I was 2 minutes late from the cut off time and they wouldn't work with me! So instead Haley lost a $100 sake, now they say they are booked up and there is a waitlist... then me canceling 47hrs and 58 sec, they should have been able to call someone in early. They treat their customers with such disrespect with no flexibility especially for someone who works the hours I do. Appeared to be money hungry instead of customer orientated.. now if i kept canceling then I could see it. Unprofessional and I hope I never treat one of them the same way in the medical field. read more

This Brow Beauty business was recommended by my friends so I contacted them to make an appointment back in March 2022. They told me Delia's appointment books would not open until April 15. I made a note on my calendar to book an online appointment (which is the only way to book) on that day. On April 15 at 10:00a.m. I logged into to the website and made an appointment for May17th. Yesterday, I contacted DT Beauty and spoke to Delia to confirm my appointment. She said there was no record of my appointment. I told her that I was sure I received a confirmation. She said that was not possible because they never have trouble with their booking site. She told me her booking site would open again in September and that I would have to re-book then. Needless to say, I was very upset. I went back and researched my records and found the confirmation of the booking and contacted DT Bueaty by phone and text them a copy of my confirmation. I spoke to the receptionist who shared the confirmation with Delia. The receptionist advised me that Delia said I could book with one of the other available staff or wait to re-book with her in September. I asked that she please have Delia call me and I have not heard from her. I must admit I was really shocked by Delia's unprofessional approach to solving this problem. I am a 65 year old women who uses beauty services often and have never been treated with such a lack of professionalism. I am sure Delia is very good at her profession however, I assure you I will not be re-booking or recommending her to anyone. I would highly suggest she take some classes in customer service training.
