The beds you will be laying on for lash extensions are comfortable and the gel pads for under my eyes felt cool and refreshing. I did not experience any discomfort at all. I was mostly happy with my final result although I do wish my request for longer ends (more cat eye / sultry) was fulfilled... the woman even said "I could've made them longer... but I didn't" I asked why and she said "they would look fake." 4 days later I take a closer look and the lashes are not placed close to the base... ugh... these definitely won't last and will look so weird when my lashes grow a bit more.

Now 3 weeks out from my $115 touch up they are still different colors and not the same shape. This is the worst waste of money to still need to fill in my brows. I feel like the staff doesn't have full knowledge of PMU. Will never go back or recommend this place. I have alot of friends who wanted to have the same service done, but they will go elsewhere.
