Patrick did a beautiful job. We were going to do LVP in the hallway upstairs but Patrick recommended we try Mohawk laminate. It was a GREAT choice. It's completely waterproof and slip free and really looks like real wood. All work was done at a very reasonable cost. Patrick is very responsive and did a wonderful job.

The person who came out babbled for half an hour before he got to measuring. We want to have almost our whole house redone, about 2400 sq ft., so a large project. He didn't have a sample we specifically requested be brought to the appointment. That was the first strike. After I received the quote, I emailed twice asking for additional quotes as we chose a different carpet. No response for 3 days. That is not acceptable. They lost our business. How could we trust the rest of the process after the bad start?
