Used to really enjoy coming to JUXT with my friends until tonight. Service was 1/10. Server was serving multiple tables, checking on them, refilling drinks, however after sitting down, it took 20 minutes for her to come to us to place a drink order. My lemonade was super sour, and I would've asked for something different, but the server never came back until she dropped off our food. She never came back to check on us while eating, never offered refills on drinks, just overall very bad experience. Tonight I got the "chicken nachos" which came as nachos with BBQ chicken on them. Server was no where to be found to confirm that this was correct, based on menu, chicken was "pulled chicken," no where did it say BBQ sauce on the chicken. Would've been nice to have this clarified as someone who doesn't like BBQ sauce. Left very dissatisfied tonight & was late to reservations afterwards due to lack of service. read more

We stopped at dinner time on a Saturday night. The two of us were satisfied to sit at the bar. I often feel a more personal experience with the bartenders even though they are juggling a lot of tasks at the same time. Are bartender was pleasant and courteous. I had the flatiron steak with butternut squash and roasted potatoes. The steak was cut thicker than I'm used to but there is no complaints here. Tasty. My lovely companion ordered the BLT which we have heard raves about. She has the sauce on the side. I should have applied more sauce on the portion she shared with me since I like my BLT a little on the sloppy side. Give that I ate it drier than my liking, the fault all on my shoulders, the flavors were good. We like the buttered and pan grilled bread. My new favorite place when visiting Bellingham! Beer selection is phenomenal (per my husband) but I'm a cocktail kinda gal. They have a "flight" of cocktails where you can choose 4 cocktails (which were generous in size). Each one was great. The food is really exceptional and I've not been disappointed yet! This review is a reflection of certain members of the staff who were working on July 17, 2022 just before 5:56 pm I was disheartened to come here and will not come again, as members of the staff harassed me for having a service animal and ejected me from the business. They did not ask if she was a service animal or what tasks she had been professionally trained to perform- sadly, a person who worked there became very aggressive despite the fact that I was calmly informing them of my rights under the Americans with disabilities act. I hope that the owner of this establishment will educate their employees in this matter- because if all customer service providers treated me and millions of other disabled people the way your employees treated me today, many of us would not have very many options to pursue life and happiness- we would be barred from many businesses, parks, attractions, etc. To the one hot headed and disgruntled employee- Please try to be more patient and understanding.. your conduct was some of the least professional behavior I've seen in quite some time and was disturbing. read more

Came up to Bellingham on a day road trip from Seattle and stopped here for lunch. We got a bowl tomato soup and the Falafel sandwich with a side salad. My husband & I went here last night for the first time and LOVED it! The space itself is so wonderful - very open, inviting, but not too bright. Server was very nice, quick, and attentive. My husband had steak tacos and I had a grilled cheese w/ bacon and tomato basil soup. Food was on point 10/10 every bite. We each had the drink flights (beer AND cocktails?!? The interior is nice, many tables and seating at the bar. Some TVs with sports but never a raucous sports crowd. Amazing beer selection on tap including Russian River as well as a few mixed drinks on tap and bottles to make drinks (seldom happens). I have had all of the tacos and most of the sandwiches. They are all nicely put together with good ingredients, and the pricing is the norm of expensive for these days in a place such as Bellingham. We go to Juxt at least once a month as a part of their "flight club". The cocktails on tap were what drew us in almost a year ago - and it's been so fun to try so many. Amazing that batch cocktails can be so complex! And always good beer options. Also, the fries are literally the best fries I've ever had. I've not had a bad thing to eat here: the BLT is really incredible, tacos are great, and the house salad is so fresh! These guys did a good job with their marketing here on Yelp, so we decided to go ahead and try them out for our most recent date night adventure. I can't say enough good things about my experience. We were greeted with a friendly, welcoming smile when we walked in. No awkwardness or eye rolls because we weren't masked. They were so respectful of people's individual choice which we immediately felt relaxed and welcomed to their establishment. We ordered the cheese curd appetizer which was so fresh, hot and delicious. I did wish the portion was bigger I'm not going to lie :) I ordered a margarita and it was on point. Fresh lime, super smooth and a hint of cucumber which was a nice touch! Our waitress was knowledgeable and friendly answering our questions about food choices. I got the mushroom burger and WOW it was so good. I had No issues with this place whatsoever. I highly recommend everyone should give them a try. Great atmosphere, delicious drinks and great food. My son, his girlfriend and I went to Juxt taphouse tonight and it was amazing! After eating great food in Seattle this weekend this was a pleasant surprise. The staff was great. The food was delicious. We had the nachos, Caesar salad, chicken wings and their chicken with potatoes and asparagus. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The cocktails were also good.
