I've received services from 3 staff members and all were great--the service was high quality and staff was nice. That is something that I have found lacking at other spas in town--the right combination. Some areas for improvement are in general customer service in answering the phone, getting back to phone calls, getting the website up. However, I think because they are in "soft" opening these are still bugs they are working out. This is what is keeping them from me giving them 5 stars. KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!

Ive had high pressures in my eyes since I was 8 years old and being told I was a glaucoma suspect scared me to death when I was a kid. Going here, I never felt scared of going into the eye doctor because they were so caring and I knew they were never once going to hurt me. They have monitored it for over 10 years and have done all the necessary steps, tests, and evaluations on me all these years . A huge part of why I went into the field of ophthalmology is because of my awesome eye clinic growing up. Now that Im older and after my regular eye doctor retired I was a little heartbroken and scared to try a new doctor, but I was pleasantly surprised. Last year I went in for a yearly exam and was told I have GCP (because I would sleep in my contacts... dumb I know) Dr. Banta was very good about telling me what this meant for my eyes, how to treat it, and to stop wearing my contacts so often. He gave me the kick in the butt I needed. About 3 months later I ended up getting PRK (laser vision correction) which has drastically improved my eyesight and made my eyes feel A LOT healthier. I go in next week for my yearly eye exam and am excited! The office overall is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. As a patient I feel welcomed and love the fact that they play K LOVE in the waiting room. Such an great place, highly recommend.
