Everything was impecable. As I walked in, I was handed an iPad which had been disinfected for each customer. Everyone wore a mask and there was no waiting area to speak of... I was led directly to the client room. I was there for about 30 minutes during which they explained the process, took a 3D image of my teeth and signed up all in the same chair. There was no pressure to buy whatsoever. So far, it's been an excellent experience. The process will take about 6 months after I receive the aligners in about 5-6 weeks.
