Came in to grab a smoothie. Located across from MT SAC. A smaller shopping complex, but ample parking. Inside is nicely designed - roomy, spacious, and bright. Their seating area by the windows have various electrical ports - 110v, USB, etc. would be a good place besides a coffee shop to hang out and relax or do some work. Server was friendly and welcoming. They serve smoothies, juices, and açaí bowls. They look to have good selections and combinations. I'll have to come back to try some of their other items. Today I got an Island Breeze and it was great. Fresh, tasty, and refreshing. Got the larger size since it's not much more.

I ordered the Jungle Greens ($9.50 - 24oz). It includes pineapple, kale, spinach, mango, agave, and orange juice. To my immense surprise, it's very delicious! The ingredients are fresh, clean, and vibrant. I felt happy as I sipped this chill, silky liquid. I visited Juugos (Walnut) on Sunday (10:55AM). This small business has horrible visibility, and its exterior looks plain and decrepit. Thankfully, parking is easy. The small DJ Plaza Parking Lot had many empty spaces. Juugos (Walnut) is across the street from Mt. Sac (aka: Mt. San Antonio College). Staff is very welcoming, passionate, and eager. Staff brightly answered all my questions. However, Staff felt inexperienced. For example, Staff needed to phone call someone when I requested a paper receipt. In another example, Staff immediately left the counter before I could pay. These felt like small hiccups, but Staff appeared motivated to keep working. The other female staff member worked very hard in the background. My drink took two minutes and 36 seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I enjoyed the Jungle Greens ($9.50 - 24oz). My expectations were completely shattered. This is not a mute, tasteless smoothie; rather, the flavors felt distinct & thoughtfully balanced. It's a refreshing beverage that utilizes fresh ingredients. "TASTY!!" I happily sipped. Regarding ambiance, Juugos (Walnut) contains potential. It could possibly be a decent study/work spot. There's four embedded electrical outlets in its counters. I also appreciate how there's ports for usb cables. The location also includes customer internet with password. Staff explained that customers just need to ask for the information. Staff also explained that there's customer restroom "but it's on the down-low." Staff pointed at the doors labelled "Staff Only," and Staff said that customers can use the restroom when asked. The location feels spacious but there's not many tables. There's just two counters and one long table. In addition, the location is very clean and well-ventilated. The tables, floors, and windows are sparkling. There's also a flat screen television (with English captions) that's playing the football game. There's also a roughed up game corner (ex: Uno Cards, Small Box), but this game corner looked a little sad as it sat on the trashcan. Also, no music plays in this location. Overall, I had a surprisingly delicious experience at Juugos (Walnut). There's sincere potential in this hidden spot. I especially enjoyed the Jungle Greens ($9.50 - 24oz). If curious, I definitely recommend. 4.7 out of 5

I forgot to take pictures of my bowl.... I did finish all of it even the stuff that fell out of the bowl. I had the tropic signature bowl, amazing! Hands down. The smaller size was adequate and definitely filling. Loved every ingredient, though had to change out pitaya cuz they didn't have it in stock. Mango was lovely. The cacao bits are bitter but just mix it in! I did ask for agave on the side, they put it in. Minus a star for service. Definitely didn't need the lid as it squishes everything and even more difficult to keep everything in the bowl. Lastly, there was plenty of seating but the TV was loud and large! Would be back when in the area again!

We were craving for the acai bowl at Juugos for afternoon snack and ordered the 12 oz ($11.50) Blue Dream bowl this time. The ingredients included Acai, Blue Island, Hemp, Granola, Chia Pudding, Strawberries, Blueberries, Banana, Hemp Seeds, and Agave. The fruits were very fresh and it was very delicious and healthy. Love this place.

My go to açaí bowl spot this year! Their açaí bowls are so yummy, fresh & packed with whatever you'd like! I always do a custom bowl. The staff are usually nice & offer good recommendations! Cute little spot across the street from Mt.Sac!

Fresh ingredients, delicious açaí mix, friendly service, and plenty of nice and comfy seating to enjoy your bowls - really glad there's a great açaí joint in the neighborhood. They have smoothies, pre-designed açaí bowls, and build-your-own-bowls. The pricing is also very competitive, cheaper than my favorite Açaí Joint. I do have to say the actual açaí is on the sweeter side and I wished there was less sugar in it, but knowing this I'd adjust what toppings to include in my build-a-bowl next time. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

Came back a few times and there's lots of improvements. I ask for less on the wet layer and now it's perfect ratio. Fruit freshness is great and base is good (bit too sweet if anything) BUT I feel the peanut butter should be a bit more watery because it hardens when cold and it's kind of weird when you have a hard peanut butter layer

Juugos is located in a small plaza across from Mt SAC. They have açai bowls, smoothies juices, and they sell some prepackaged healthy snacks and drinks on the side too. I love having a spot with plant-based options close to campus. My only issue is the seating. I would love to come in and work on my homework before classes, but it was quite uncomfortable. The chairs themselves are fine, but they are quite low in comparison to the counters. I can't comfortably write or type on the counters. It seems that there should be stools or high chairs, instead of normal chairs to reach the counter comfortably. Hopefully they resolve this, otherwise this will have to be a more grab and go spot for me.

I don't usually buy açaí bowls but this place was quite delicious and worth it! Came with my coworkers on a summer afternoon as we were craving something cold and refreshing. This is the only restaurant in that plaza so it can be easily missed. I got the Build Your Own Açaí Bowl and I love how you can add as MUCH bases, toppings, and drizzle as you want! Most places limit you to one or two so they were super generous. I got the 12 oz bowl which came out to be roughly ~$11 (tax included). This was sooo filling, high protein, and healthy! I loved the ube base and the almond butter were scrumptious. Service can be a bit slow though as there was only one person working there. Also, the music was a bit loud when we were seated. Regardless, the portion and price made up for it! Would definitely come back in the summer when craving something cold and refreshing.

Get the Blue Dream Bowl! This place is cute and clean and their juices and bowls are good. Not sure if it's organic, which would be a plus. Located across from and Mt. Sac in the tiny plaza across from 7-11. Friendly service and it's always clean and air conditioned in there with movies playing on the big screen. Great for a little self-care/wellness/me time!

Disappointed is an understatement with my experience tonight. I came back after enjoying my first experience here, the bowls, the juices were amazing and thought this would be my werkly juice spot. Tonight, I placed an order through doordash at 8:34pm yes, I know its close to closing but they close at 9pm and felt it was enough time to prepare my 2 juices and acai bowl. Order was acknowledged and received so I head there and arrive at 8:50pm. Group of young kids are already in there and I try to open the door and its locked. But they close at 9pm. The kids open the door for me telling me its closed - i said I have an online order. Guy behind the counter tells me they are "out of stock" on the items. Jungle greens, dream bowl, and pure please juice. Its a juice bar.. I dont know how they are out of stock. I would understand if it was a specific fruit or vegetable for one of the items or offer a substitution but informed I was refunded. Nothing was showing on the app either other than it was being prepared. If I had known it was canceled and refunded, it would have saved me the drive. It felt more like, we're "closed" and did not want to make my order. Definitely upsetting coming back empty handed when the kids and I were looking forward to it. I also had to cancel the order on the app myself since the status never changed.

Well I tried this location because my daughter said it was "the spot." I went ahead and checked it out and I was quite impressed with the ambiance and how clean the business is. I ordered an acai bowl and OMG it was amazing. By far one of the best I've had in a while. There was one worker and he pretty much wore all the hats. Extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Would I go there again? Yes,, at least twice a week.
