Compliments to your hidden treasure Katelyn Matthews/esthetician !!!…read more I enjoyed the most incredible facial/spa treatment this week ! The professionalism and experience of Katelyn during the entire course of my visit totally impressed! The massaging of my feet and scalp and neck and the cleansing and moisturizing and mask treatments left me feeling 20 years younger! (I am an older woman who has never experienced anything like this before).... Katelynn is such a lovely young lady who made this such a special day in my life... she made me feel so welcome and relaxed the entire time.. A friend had raved about Katelyn's facials and I am so glad that I finally listened! Gail R.

I was looking for a hair and makeup artist who would come to the hotel I was staying at for my…read morewedding. After reading reviews online Jaclynn seemed to be the clear fan favorite. Since I don't live in the area I had to rely on reviews, I didn't have the time while up in RI to do trials at multiple places. I went in for my first trial over the holidays. And well, it didn't go so well! A mix of my hair, the extensions I brought, and just how it was initially done. The lesson of the story is this if you don't like it speak up!!!! Jaclynn was so nice about the whole thing and just wanted to make sure I loved the style. Since she knew I was leaving for NC soon she was able to book me for a day later to give it another try. If you are a bride and aren't happy with your first trial just tell Jaclynn and try again. She certainly won't be offended and I really appreciated how nice and understanding she was about the whole thing. The second trial went so much better and I left happy. Then since I overthink everything I decided I wanted to go back to more of what I originally had in mind. I booked another hair and makeup trial with Jaclynn the morning of my shower. This time around everything was perfect! I didn't cry when I found the wedding dress, but I almost cried tears of joy I was so happy with the look. Third time is a charm! She even checked in with me the next week to make sure all went well with the look holding up throughout the day. As others have noted the plaza Jaclynn is in, isn't much to look at. But, don't let that deter you. All the staff that I have met have been super friendly and the interior is bright and spacious. If you are looking for a wedding hair and makeup person I highly recommend her! Her salon also does cut, color, extensions, and even nails! Wedding business is a big thing for her, but her salon is also perfect if you are just looking for a new stylist or want a kick ass manicure. Looking forward to seeing Jaclynn on wedding day!

Little did I know when I first went what a nice establishment I was walking into. It is trendy, clean and has a chic vibe throughout the facility. I was paired up with Kim. Kim is super friendly and i just give her free reign with my hair. She knows what she is doing! I have been oing to her for 8 years and she has never lead me down the wrong path with the color or cut. If I am her first appointment she asks me if I want a coffee on her way in.
