I decided tonight that I am going to stop wasting my time at this store. So I went to the alternative self-service fitting rooms (All 2 of them that were both occupied and there was a line of 4 people to use the 2 fitting rooms) I brought my cart to the front of the store and left, leaving my items in the cart. The last time I was there the same thing happened, only I also had to use the restroom which was of course locked and since the fitting rooms were closed then too, I had to make my way all the way back to the front of the store to find someone to unlock the restroom. The someone never came and I again had to find someone to unlock the restrooms. There was also another woman and her child waiting to use the restroom. When I came out and went to the self-service fitting rooms they were occupied with a line of people then too. So I left my cart of things and walked out. The service there is deplorable. How does a store stay in business when their only concern seems to be the theft issues? They pay a guy to stand at the door and check your receipt 5 seconds after you have paid but no one is there to help the customers who actually want to buy something. I believe I have given up on that store.

We were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who took a few measurements and wasn't sure if they had any suits that would fit our grandson. After some thinking,he said let's try a slim fit sport coat and pants. Needless to say they both fit perfectly . He then suggested a few dress shirts and ties for us but the shirts were a little big and the ties in my opinion were too expensive. We purchased the suit and he said if we need it taylored in the future,we could bring it back as they have a taylor 'in house." If you are looking for brand name suits,casual attire,shoes and accessories or tuxedo rentals,Men's Wearhouse is definitely the place to go
