Some of their jewelry is interesting, using local artists, their baby selection of clothing, gift, glass selection, and home decor it is a pretty good mix and always a great place to grab a quick gift. Quite a few things are from Creative Co-op with a 30% to 60 % markup, but that's OK. Pacific Cinics needs to make money. The customer service is abysmal. You do not get greeted ever, even if you pass in front of them and interrupt their conversation to walk between them so you can get through to the the aisle. (I was the only customer they were talking amongst themselves.) After being in the store for approximately five minutes, I decided it was time to go. Didn't see anything I wanted. It's sad to have this level of customer service in our town. If you don't care to be greeted or acknowledged, but only watched to see if you might take something, then this is the place for you. If you're Caucasian, no problem at all you will be greeted and treated like a valued customer.

During the pandemic, I thought the store had closed. I was so sad. Maybe they did close temporarily, I don't know. However, I was thrilled to learn they had re-opened their shop on Main St. just a few blocks away! Why didn't anyone tell me!!! I finally visited at their "new" location a few days after Christmas. Azuca has retained the same charm and whimsy that their original store did. It is beautifully merchandised which made me want to linger and look at everything! I had a specialty vegetable cleaver that I needed repaired and sharpened. It had been used by someone to cut something they shouldn't have and there was a nice chunk missing. I brought it into the store and dropped it off. It was ready in a matter of days and the price was more than reasonable, despite them having to do some extra work to get rid of the chip. What j I appreciate it is that they did the repair in a manner that maintained the integrity of the Knife when they could've just had their way with it. I wouldn't have known the difference. They also have a nice variety of kitchen accessories and I was able to pick up a knife sheath to protect everyone from the now razor Sharp clever.
