Before you even bother.. DO NOT USE. We were recommended to use Alam Najiullah and it ended in utter disappointment. He took our money and ran... Groomsman and grooms family are all left with suits that do not fit and Alam offered no solution with 3 weeks before the wedding. Not only are suits the wrong size, the lady who sold us our suits "fled the country" and Alam does not assume responsibility for suits that were ordered incorrectly. Bought 3 shirts, 3 different colours. I wore one of the shirts last weekend and my wife and other complimented me on the shirt and this one was a plain black shirt!! AVOID!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM JWS AVOID!!!!! I placed two orders for a total of 5 shirts on October 3, 2017. Today is November 9, 2017 and no shirts, no reply to my emails (7 in total). Called them and they said the shirts will be sent out the following day. Still nothing sent. Update: Today is December 13, 2017, more than eight weeks since I placed my order and guess what? No shirts! JWS did not respond to emails - But when I call I always get; "next week next week they will be sent next week". Luckily for me, I used PayPal to buy my shirts and I got my money back. From my experience I will never buy or recommend JWS to anyone. DO NOT BUY FROM JUST WHITE SHIRTS! You will never see your shirts or your money again. I wuld suggest not buy from Just White Shirts at the Shos at Don Mills. My son ordered a suit for some business meetings. He is younger so I went along for a second opinion. He found one but here is where the roblem started. The alterations were not done correctly So my son went back. He was told to pay $85.00. He paid the money. He asked me to pick up the suit. The salesman said he didn't have it. He finally found the jacket and claimed the pants weren't with it. Whn I go home my son confirmed that they did have the pants AND the alterations for the jacket weren't correct. I went back for the pants. After asking for them several time the saleman finally went to look for them and he found them. He was rude and disagrreable and not willing to be helpful. I felt my son should be reimbursed for the alterations. He told me I was old and angry. And in his anger he said that my son was too fat to wear the jacket with the alterations he wanted. He said I should try working retail.I volunteer at a nonprofit intheir retail shop. I work with customers very well. Don't shop at Jst White Shirts. period. read more

It took a while for the shirts to arrive (but I made a huge order of bespoke shirts, so a couple of months is not a real big deal), and they are perfect - the fit is excellent, quality of fabric what I have come to expect and the packaging was great. I feel I am doing the public a service by letting everyone know to AVOID doing business with Just White Shirts. In early January I visited the store at Scotia Plaza, I liked their selection and purchased a few shirts. I was informed that they tailor bespoke suits by custom order, great - I ordered three (What a MISTAKE). I was measured and picked the fabric I wanted, then I was informed that the suits would take 4-6 weeks for delivery. That was inconvenient but I understood that these suits had to be made from scratch and paid for half of the order up front. I believe the person who measured me was the manager of their Canadian office. 6 weeks go by and I didn't hear back, so I called the store who informed me that the suits would still take a few days. By this point it was late February and I was growing very frustrated, little did I know that this was only the beginning of a mind boggling retail experience that I've never experienced before. I was now calling the management office several times per week for updates on the order. They had told me that the order had only been placed two weeks after I visited the store and that the process would take 6-8 weeks. By this point I just wanted a refund because I realized I would have been better off spending my money elsewhere. I had a lot of money tied up with this order. In early March, with still no updates (management did not call me back ONCE during this entire process regardless of my several messages and calls demanding to know the status of the order). I just wanted my money back. After getting the manager on the line in Mid March (the same person who fitted me) he informed me that he had an issue with their supplier in Mauritius and would need to have the order completed in Montreal - basically in almost three months not a single suit had begun construction. I demanded my money back from the office, who told me that this order had hurt their business and that he is spending too much on materials. DO YOU THINK I CARE? I JUST WANT THE DAMN SUITS I PAID FOR. There would be no refunds. I was told to wait a few days for an update, although I never heard back. At this point I contacted my lawyer to discuss what I could do about fraud and spoke to the Canadian Anti-Fraud center. Early April I was informed that one suit was ready at head office, but I wanted all three to be completed and delivered to the store. Mid April I was told that the suits were ready at the store. When I visited the location, the person working there could not find the suits but verified with head office that they were delivered. I left empty handed. 15 Weeks and still no suits. I was then called and told that the suits were in fact at the store but placed in a box that the retail associate could not find, the next day I collected the suits. Quite confident that I have not lost any weight since the measurements were taken (although that would be nice), the suit jackets were too large around the waist and arms, requiring substantial tailoring to fit. When buttoned, there is roughly 8 inches of space between my chest and the suit. Either the measurements were left with the original order in Mauritius or the person who did the measuring was drunk. Buying made to fit suits and then finding they are completely the wrong size is just unacceptable, never mind the 16 week delivery time. Would not shop here again and I encourage others to take their hard earned money elsewhere. Thanks for reading. read more

I made the mistake of giving them my email almost 6 years ago and have been receiving spam ever since. Despite REPEATEDLY "unsubscribing" and contacting them to have me removed from email lists, the inundation continues. Each time I unsubscribe, emails might stop for a few months but always start again. Having spoken to former employees, this is apparently not abnormal. They have an (illegal) policy to "mine" emails from any source, including former employees and customers. They use these emails to spam people with their sales and business information, regardless of whether or not you even consented to this. The shirts may be okay (I don't know, I wasn't buying for myself), but the continued harassment is not worth it. read more

Ordered 6 custom shirts they came in quickly only to find out they were the wrong size. Been calling every week and still haven't got my shirts for 10 weeks now. They keep giving me some BS excuse that they are still working on them at the factory, so frustrated!!!! read more

After 9 weeks and a long conversation with the owner the store finally agreed to give me the shirts and refund the full purchase price.

Stay away from Just White Shirts. They are simply not at the same level as other bespoke shirt places and their customer service is terrible. I visited the Leslie store in early May 2016 and ordered 3 custom shirts. I paid for them, got a receipt, and was told to wait about 4-5 weeks for delivery. Eight weeks went by and I hadn't received a call, so I decided to call them to check. To my surprise, I learned that my order wasn't even sent to the factory. The saleslady checked and confirmed that the factory never got my order (she said there was a glitch in their ordering system). It's frustrating to wait 8 weeks only to learn that your order was never even placed. So I asked for a refund. The saleslady said okay and would process it right away. Three weeks later, I noticed that I still hadn't received a refund (through my credit card statement). I called them to check but the other salespeople said they couldn't help me, because only that saleslady was authorized to give me a refund and that she had already left for the day. I called again the following week and finally spoke to the saleslady. I asked her what happened to the refund and she told me that she "misplaced" my information and "forgot about it". If I didn't call, she would have never done anything. I asked her to process the refund right away to which she finally did. That whole ordeal lasted over 3 months and I got nothing out of it. I didn't get any shirts and I almost didn't even get my money back. They don't follow up with you, you have to call them. They didn't offer any kind of compensation either. Please avoid Just White Shirts. It's not worth it. read more

Great shirts. Great Egyptian cotton quantity. Great designs. Custom ordering with great value or in stock for great convenience. And even better staff. Don't be fooled by the name. They have a massive selection of shirts... But also shoes, suits, jackets, sweaters, coats and ties. Great value AND great design from all. I get compliments all the time on those little extras... A coloured insert in the cuff, coloured eyelets, extra button in the collar, cloth with a distinctive flair... Have now sent over 20 people with similar experiences. Highly recommend. read more

I have been a customer of Just White Shirts (in-store at the Leslie location) for about 6 years now and have had pleasant experiences until now. Recently I went in to order custom dress shirts, and was told I would receive them in 6-8 weeks. 9 weeks went by, and I phoned the store to ask why my shirts were not ready yet. I was informed that there was nothing they could do (while sounding very unapologetic) because they were at the factory, but that they were ready and would be in next week. It is now the 13 week mark. Still no shirts. I phoned to ask why my shirts were not in, and they said the shirts I ordered are scheduled for 8-12 week delivery and that fighting in Pakistan is the cause for my shirts not being ready on time. Apparently they are now ready and will be in next week. So my shirts are scheduled to arrive 6 weeks after the latest timeline they originally gave me along with a zero sympathy, no fucks given, type of customer service experience. I will never buy anything from Just White Shirts, nor will I recommend them to anyone ever again. read more

Ordered 3 ready to wear shirts from them online over a month ago. They charged me upfront for the shirts and said they would ship in 7-10 days. I have emailed 3 times asking for a timeline of when I can expect the shirts and have had radio silence from them. This is an unacceptable business practice. My only option at this point will be to call my credit card company to report the transaction as fraud as it does not appear they ever plan on sending me my shirts. read more

Avoid any purchases from this company. This is why; I bought a few "high end" (10 in total) shirts from Just White Shirts over a period of about 2-3 months from their Toronto (Scotia Plaza) store. I decided to shop from their website for a few more shirts. And this is what happened; One of the shirts was incorrectly sent. I emailed the Co. 3 times - no response Left 2 voice messages at the number given on their website - no response Went to their Toronto store and was told that they do not have any affiliation with the online store (makes no sense) but he will call them and give me a call back - no response Furthermore the shirt they shipped me had a 159.00$ price tag taped over a 69$ price tag underneath, Avoid this company, they do not know how to operate a business. There are many better options around and you will receive far better service and quality. Hope this helps someone. read more

Horrible shopping experience. Took SIXTEEN WEEKS for my shirts to come in, and when they came in, they came in WRONG. I asked for a refund, but it was jot granted. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and reporting this as fraud. read more

AVOID. Their stuff is grossly overpriced and very poor quality. All shirts shrunk when professionally laundered. Collars and cuffs poor quality and sales associates know nothing about what they are selling. Wait for a Harry Rosen online sale. You can buy Canali dress shirts that are normally 300 bucks for less than $100 instead of this garbage masquerading as menswear. read more

I have ordered twice online from them. At the time I had a very good job and didn't think twice about dropping a hundred dollars for a shirt. Now that I look back I realise I've been had. You can basically walk into The Bay and buy something of comparable quality for 30% less. Not recommended. read more
