Upon entering the store I noticed that it is similar to Marshalls. The store was not at all full, which was surprising given the location and the type of store. It was relatively clean, organized for the most part, but understaffed. Aside from the 3 cashiers, I think I saw only 1 employee on the floor. The selection of perfumes was so small - approximately 10 for women and 5 for men. No testers. The bag selection was extensive for women but not for men. Good selection on travel luggage. The selection of shoes was just ok, nothing to write home about. The clothing, well that was an adventure, lol. Bigger sizes were hard to find and this also included bras. I won't return but instead, will try a different location at my next visit.

I'm certain that most people would have had a great experience there. I walked in knowing that my shirt size is 13/29 and my jacket size is a 32 extra short. I wouldn't have come here if these weren't impossible to find in stores. The owner measured me, and insisted that I am a 14 and 34. I tried on these sizes and looked terrible, but he kept saying that those were my sizes. I later realized those were the smallest sizes they carry. I feel like I could have gone to any run-of-the-mill menswear store to have someone pushing on me the bottom of their stock range, and that a store catering to the extra-short should have been a lot more sensitive to these things.

Best bike shop in Toronto!…read more They have plenty of selection for mountain bikers, roadies, cross riders and pretty much any other biking discipline you can think of. They carry top of the line brands and will have an option for any size, price point or specialty request. The customer service their is marvellous. Everyone is super personable, understanding and willing to help you the second you walk in. They gave me a really good price on a new mountain bike (close to $500 off), gave me a great discount on clipped peddles and threw in almost $100 dollars worth of other accessories. All bikes come with a long warranty backed by a few of the best bike mechanics in the GTA (in my experience). Repair times depend on the mechanic you get but 95% of the time the repairs are super fast. I've never had a problem remerge or not be fully fixed after taking it there. They have everything a veteran rider, beginner cyclist or anyone in-between could ever want and more. They sell bikes (of course), biking attire (both loose MTB gear and aerodynamic lycra), any kind of bike part, bike maintenance things, turbo trainers and so much more. TLDR; Trust me and go to this store for any of your biking needs and you will not regret it!

The products were nice enough, but overpriced in my opinion.  But the main problem was the service! After not even being greeted or assisted in any way for several minutes (and it's not a large shop - they could see me, but chose to ignore me and to keep conversing between them).  When I finally asked a question about sizing in a top, I was very brusquely brushed off. This happened again, until one of the employees suggested a different top (that was about 3x the price).  When I made a comment about it being out of my price range, she looked me up and down and condescendingly told me that maybe the items were not my style. (Yes, I was wearing yoga pants and a sweater - I don't dress up for walking around).  I told her that I found her comment extremely rude, and walked out. I can accept a higher price for something if the service is great.  But people that rude do not deserve anyone's business.
