We had some approximate measurements of the layout from The Container Store website and ideas of how the closet should flow. Gold Star to Stacy!!! She was about to get off work but, politely let us know she would stay to answer any questions we had and we had many. As she addressed each concern, she produced a visual representation for the layout and informed us that The Container Store was currently offering 30% off items in the store including ELFA Closet systems. She calculated the approximate cost and my jaw hit the floor (literally). The cost was below what I thought it would be, plus I was kicking myself because I did a home remodel after The Big Texas Freeze in 2021 and used Closet Factory and they were great, but I could have saved thousands of dollars had I used ELFA Closet System for my needs. I asked for the in-home consultation to ensure we got the best measurements and use of space for our project and this is where she suggested Aaron. Aaron came out to the location looked at Stacy's rendition and used this as a template due to some space considerations onsite. In the end, he maximized additional space in the Master Bedroom closet and the money saved was enough to remodel two more closet spaces. He was always attentive to our needs and provided various ways to use the spaces in the future as needed. You can save a huge amount of money if you opt to do-it-yourself!!! They can deliver for $70 or you can pick up your order from either Post Oak or The Woodlands locations. I think the sale will be discontinued by 10/22 and prices of the product might increase also. Phone calls and emails will go unanswered. There's gaps in the corners and edges weren't trimmed properly. They installed silver hinge caps which didnt match the rest of the hardware. Just flat out refused to fix. Don't believe the 5 star reviews... they're fake or paid. Thank you to Costco for making it right and to The Tailored Closet for finishing the job Closet Factory refused to do!

Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.
