These guys were awesome. I got off of work at 5:45pm today and as I was driving home I heard a strange noise. I stopped to check and I had a big nail in my tire. I bought my tires from just tires Alhambra a few years ago, so the repair was part of my warranty. Since this one was closer to my job, I decided to stop here. They closed at six, but they really wanted to help me out. They even called their boss to get approval to stay late and help me because I had tires under warranty. They were all so nice about it and willing to stay late. It's not very common that young people in customer service are this helpful. When you have a problem as a customer and you arrive at a business 90mins before closing you sort of expect service right ? Well not at this sub standard service location. My daughter called as said she had a screw in her tire. She commutes from East LA to Rialto - 40miles maybe. I left early from work decided to take it to my guy but when I drove her car I could hear how loud the tipping was and when I saw how large of a bolt we were dealing with I figured Just Tires would be equipped to handle and be a lot closer drive. Nope - as soon as I drove up they guy approached me with that Oh Crap - not leaving early look. I told him about her driving distance and he rebutted with sorry just took in our last car for the day and it was a Tesla. Like that matters. AVOID this Just Tires AT ALL COST. It's like they don't want to make money. I used to come here back in the day because it used to be good, and I lived in the area. The last three times I've been here I was in the area and needed service, every time horrible customer service and they usually refuse to do work. I arrived at 4 pm, a whole hour before they closed, and they refused to do an alignment (doesn't take a full hour). Even though ALL THE STALLS were open and there was no one waiting in lobby. The guy claimed they did "last call already", and "we close at 5". Yeah, you don't make last call an hour before closing, that's just ridiculous. Do not give this establishment your money. I was gonna do the three year alignment program, but I'll just go to another location tomorrow. read more

My wife, who normally works on our cars herself, came here last Friday for an oil change and tire rotation. We were planning a family trip to introduce our 2.5 month old to our family up in Northern California; we were planning a long drive. For context, I'll note that one of our car's rims isn't an exact aesthetic match to the other three. So, when an employee notified my wife that her tire rotation had been "completed", it was surprising that the this non-matched-rim was still in its original spot on the vehicle. In other words, no tire rotation had occurred, but she was being told it had happened. She notice this, and wasn't immediately sure if she was being lied to or the folks here were just being incompetent. Either way, whether by accident or by being intentionally misleading, she was being asked to pay a service that didn't happen. Pretty bizarre experience. She then told the employee that the tire rotation had clearly not been done, and that employee went out to talk to a service crew member: they subsequently rotated the tires. The oil change seemed fine, at first... Once we hit the road on Sunday, we got on the freeway and we quickly heard a flapping noise coming from under the car. After pulling over, we observed that the skid-plate/under carriage had not been re-attached after the oil change. The value here is not great, as you'll have to do extra work and pay extra attention to ensure this shop covers the basics during and after service. Take your vehicle somewhere else, or do the work yourself if you have the time. We'll be avoiding this place forever. We payed 143$ for everything. read more

We were at Just Tires from around 11 AM to 2 PM getting new tires installed. For some reason, they were also inspecting the air filters, brakes, and other components during a tire change, trying to upsell services. I didn't appreciate that - especially after making it clear that I just wanted the tires and couldn't afford the additional options. The whole process took far longer than expected, which was frustrating. I will be taking my car to a mechanic for a second opinion and, if needed, receive the service from the mechanic. Buyer Beware! Never come here. If you want your car/truck to be ruined come here. Brought my Tacoma and they damaged all my sensors. They didn't wanted to fix it. They wanted to charge me 220 per sensor so they ended up putting a plastic where the air goes so now my truck has the light on of where it indicates that it needs air. The tires were bought from Amazon and shipped to Just Tires. "If you buy tires from Amazon do not have them shipped to any Just Tires. It's best that you take them to a mom and pop shop" Amazon has partnered with Just Tires. Plus the managers didn't wanted to put back the tires that they took off because they said that they weren't liable. Doesn't make sense since they removed the tires. The only worker that was nice and pleasant was Marquise. The rest were jerks. Don't know why they're still in business. "UPDATE" As of Wednesday, Aug 6,2025 I called the number that was replied to call so they can investigate the matter. First you will be on hold then you'll heat buttons like someone doesn't want to pick up but then the number will only transfer you to different dept and if someone picks up it's not the dept that you want to talk too. They will give you the number for corporate dept to talk to someone from customer relations. I was able to talk to someone from the dept. After being on hold again.. They gave me a number which is 1-800-322-4682 for Property Claims Dept. But when I called which was at 9:30am I get a recording stating that they're closed due to them being on lunch. *Update* Call the number 1-800-322-4682 to file a claim against Just Tires. I went in because my TPM sensor went off. They told me I needed all 4 changed. They charged me $800. The very next day the signal went off again. I went back every day for about a week bc they assured me that it was not a big deal. And my truck was old and just needed time to realize they installed new TPM. On my 5th trip there they told me they couldn't figure out why my truck wasn't reading the new TMPs. The Employee actually told me,all they were doing was unplugging my battery from my car. They Employee suggested taking it to the dealership. I took my car to a mom and pop mechanic. She told me the TPMs weren't installed using the correct equipment. She charged me $70 and she was able to install them using the correct equipment. Not only that , every time I went into Just Tires in Monterey Park they kept telling me I needed more work done, and there was nothing they could do about the Tire Pressure Monitors. How could a tire place not have the proper tools? and how could they charge so much? All they did was cause more stress. I do not have time to go in every day after work, just for them to unplug my battery!!!! I also do not have $800 to just throw away. DON'T GO to this Just Tires location! Shoddy work and horrible customer service. I went in because the TPMS light was on. Their mechanics also worked on the lower control arms & tie rods - They destroyed my car. It came out worse than it went in! And to top it off, the sensor wasn't compatible so they removed it. I've been dealing with a billing dispute for months and the Manager keeps denying their shoddy work. What is the Warranty on their labor & parts? The Area District Manager never reached out to me. Buy your tires elsewhere. And definitely take your car for major labor work to your car dealer. I was taken advantage for more than $1,000!!! read more

Pulled into just tires to get a flat replaced. Everyone who was working was RUDE. I was ignored from the second I walked in. Maybe it's because I am a woman because the guy who came in after me they had no issue greeting and helping. It was very obviously they could care less about servicing me. The guy inside walked past me without seeing if I needed anything after I tried to get his attention. Once I was finally helped the guy at the front gave me attitude when asking me basic questions. They quoted me the highest cost I ever have been for one tire and said that's all they had. Which is cool if that is their stock but because of their lack of attentiveness and rudeness I went elsewhere. Jacking points or lifting points under the frame of a automobile , these the only areas of the bottom frame of a car , if you use WEAK areas to jack up car a tech can ruin the bottom weak frame of my new 2023 cx5 Mazda . 0 stars if it was an option. Went in this morning for a nail in our tire. The guy working the front desk went outside to check the tire and the location of the nail. Right off the bat said we needed to replace the tire and that it would cost us $479. Left this spot and took it to another local spot in Monterey Park, they made no assumptions at first glance and took our car in to inspect the tire. Turns out the nail was a really short thin nail. They removed the nail and tested the tire for a leak and I was good to go free of charge. read more

Went there to get a new tire and came home with a messed up rim, they scratched the lip of the rim on my car pretty badly, I called them to let them know and the genius on the phone told me that they don't touch the lip of the rim when changing tires, I guess tires just come off on their own using telekinesis brain power. Went in for a rotation and alignment check. Over 2 hour wait. Then I asked about the alignment and they said I "missed my date" and they couldn't check it now. Walked out. Found my paperwork and the check and rotations are all included with my tire purchase. Went to the Alhambra location where I originally bought them and they were awesome. I walked in and asked the guy behind the counter how much to rotate my tires. He asks the other gentleman he says $120....$30 for each tire. The guy and I are shocked. I asked why is it cheaper to get a full oil change with tire rotation and he says it is a package. I call the other Just Tires up the street on Valley and the guy on the phone said $50 even...I told him I was quoted $120 at the Monterey Park branch and he said that doesn't make sense. Went there to get a tire patched. Puncture was small and near the middle of the tire so I figured no big deal, wrong! According to the lady in charge they could not even attempt to patch it. She proceeds to walk toward her computer to check for a replacement and that is when I stopped her and told her not to bother. Tire was only 3 months old and drove down the street to another shop who fixed it without issue. I was told by a friend that all they try to do is sell you new tires and sure enough that was the case. Patched tire is doing great. read more

Just got scammed for $200 at this place!!! Last week I brought my car in to have my 2 front tires replaced and have an oil change. Everything was fine, a little pricey as I spent $760, but they were done quick and everything seemed ok. Just took my car in today to get my 2 back tires replaced and was quoted $460. Then I received a phone call from staff saying that SOME of my lug nuts needed to be replaced and that they were gonna cost $19 each. I said "you guys just did my 2 front tires and did not have to replace any of those, they were the same as the front ones why are these supposedly messed up?" Staff member on the phone simply replied "I don't know, all I know is that they're having trouble taking some of them off, we'll try and save the ones that are good" I said "fine" So I show up and Marqus charges me for the tires. I pay, then Ozzie comes up and says I still owe for the lug nuts. I said "ok how many were replaced? " "All 10 of them" they say after showing each other something on the computer. I asked "can I see the lug nuts that were removed?" THEY COULD ONLY FIND 2 OF THE 10 LUG NUTS!!!!! I got charged $200 for ALL new lug nuts. Half the price of my brand new tires!!!! What a rip off. From what I've seen here when I needed to take my car in was their ethical standards. I had a situation with my car's tire due to "rippling" and they shared with me what they found and based on their employee union, they would be unable to fix my tire and I was referred to another location not too far away. I can appreciate their honesty for not getting over or taking advantage of my ignorance in car stuff. No love lost. If I should need Just Tires again, I would have no trouble returning again. Sorry to do this review but after tire installation three lug nuts fell off. I was on my way home yesterday (with my family in the car) and the noise of a wobbly rear wheel started to get intense. I pulled off the freeway and had to drive the streets home. SO LUCKY!!! I caught the problem and did not continue on the freeway. I arrived home and see that three lug nuts were missing!!! I went the next morning, and the manager was talking to me like it was my fault. I had to tell him that his excuses that he is giving me is making the situation worse. I told him that I am being very nice by not making a big scene out of this. I just remembered that I had to go back a few days later after initial installation to get my Lug Lock that they forgot to return to me. The manager told me they never make a mistake. I went in today to get the tire pressure checked on my car (fearful it would be another nail). Tammy and Carlos were so helpful. Tammy said, "come right in!". Carlos checked all my tires and even my spare and he didn't need to do all that work! He made sure that I didn't leave until the problem was solved. "Tire pressure 10%" flashes on, and when I stop to take a look- ugh! there was a nail in my tire. Worse still, I hadn't noticed till how worn my tires were. I realized right away that nobody was going to patch this cracking, bald tire- and I was going to end up needing four new ones. Damn. There were a bunch of places nearby but I chose this one because it had good reviews. Damian told me what they had in stock and gave me pricing- he offered me a discount and then when I seemed skeptical he told me if I could get another quote that was better that they would price match. I found some places that were cheaper- but the special orders would take a while, & I would need an appointment. I decided to go with Damian because he struck me as trustworthy. I travel from Las Vegas to Los Angeles once a week and after having luck for months I finally got a flat tire and it could not be repaired. I had to be towed to Just tired which opens earlier than other places around there. I waited a few hours and the first person who greeted me was Tammy she was so sweet and told me they open at 8 and they will take care of it. She made me feel at ease and helped me relax a bit after such a stressful morning. They were able to change my tire and re-use my broken bolt so I won't have to change it until next time. I came in frustrated about my low pressure light going on when I just recently got brand new tires. Damian was calm and listened. He checked all tires and said to bring the car back if the light goes on again. It did a couple days later, so I brought it back. Damian greeted me and already knew lol. He was helpful, professional and patient. The store got busy but he was attentive to each customer as I waited. He helped me out tremendously patching my tire and made the rest of the day better. Christian the store manager has very horrible customer service. I come to this particular location all the time because it's usually a smooth process with getting scheduled service through a fleet company. Today wasn't the case. What seemed like a new employee was helping me so it was unnecessary steps I don't usually go through which is fine he is learning no big deal. Needed the headlight replaced and Christian whom was helping the guy Alex with checking me into the system immediately and quite rudely says they don't do that there. When I have had SEVERAL bulbs replaced here. When I say this to him he gets quiet and tries to ignore me. So I calmly wait as they try to check me in. It's then noticed Christian can't train Alex properly because he doesn't know what he is doing himself! After like 10 minutes of clicking and looking at his phone in between he calls someone on the phone to help with the process. It wasn't they don't replace bulbs there he just didn't know how to put it into the system for approval from the fleet company! It's only because I insisted he put it in the notes somewhere it got done. He kept repeating "if they approve it" like dude it's a headlight that's out they will approve it! Just put in into the request for service! Then when they finally get the request for service he acts like he didn't want the key lol. On Tuesday we purchased tires from them the service was great! The person who helped us was very professional would come again.

My girlfriend had her tires replaced recently and the mechanic sounded as though he was less than competent. (She didn't want me to post this but, I think that people should be wary of this shop.) She didn't get his name because he wasn't wearing a name tag but he was young, with glasses and tattoos. She told me that her Check Tire Pressure light would not turn off after he replaced her tires. She informed him about this and he said that it would turn off after she drove it. She drove it around for a couple of miles and knew something was not right because, the Check Tire Pressure light continued to stay on. She went back to the shop and it took him about another 20 minutes to figure out how to add the right amount of air to the tires, in order for the Check Tire Pressure Light to turn off. This is a tire shop and the mechanic did not know how to put in the right amount of air? We have always received exceptional mechanical services from other Just Tires shops so, we were disappointed with this mechanic's lack of basic car knowledge. Bottom line is that she did not feel safe with this mechanic's work and we will not be returning to this shop for any services including Tire services. She said that the front desk people were polite so, the stars go to them. read more

I made an appointment on line and ordered a set of tires for yesterday. Just before I left home yesterday, I received a phone message that the tires hadn't arrived yet and would I like to reschedule. I called back and spoke with someone who didn't seem real sure of himself, but he told me that he rescheduled the appointment. I arrived today and there was no record of the appointment nor were the tires in stock. I observed one employee playing with a toy while I was there.
