We were genuinely excited to work with this salon, but the level of service and professionalism fell far short of our expectations. When we raised concerns and asked about a refund, we felt dismissed rather than taken seriously. Thankfully, there are other salons that stand behind their work and treat their customers with respect. I hope others don't have to go through the same experience we did. When she washed her hair the next day, her ends were clearly burned--likely why it was curled to hide the damage. When she called to speak to the manager, Ashley called back instead, became defensive, and accused her of lying. The manager later said she "understood both sides" but still told her she was no longer welcome--just for asking for a refund on a service she didn't want. They refunded the haircut, but the way they handled it was unprofessional and dismissive. Definitely not what you'd expect from a "high-end" salon!

Hairstylist informs me my appointment was cancelled due to the stylist not being comfortable doing highlights.. was informed my appointment was cancelled at 10am, I expressed I was given no notification of this, I was traveling to Albany for this appointment and was paying for a sitter to watch my children as well. So out of babysitting money, out gas money and never got my hair done. This was my third time going to this salon, first two interactions were not the best and now with this last minute cancellation I am not impressed and will not be coming back.
