When I expressed that I wasn't happy with the outcome of my hair, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than listened to. I requested a refund, but it was denied! What upset me the most was my interaction with the salon owner. I felt the conversation became hostile, and I was uncomfortable when they laughed during the discussion. I also didn't appreciate comments made about another stylist's professional opinion. Instead of feeling heard or respected as a customer, I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed. Based on my personal experience, I would not return or recommend this salon. I value respectful customer service and a willingness to work with clients when concerns arise, and unfortunately, I did not feel that happened here.

First of all the lady cutting my hair was not polite at all. Then above my right ear she cut way too far up for the "trim around the ears". On my left side the hair up front wasn't even cut. When I went into get my hair fixed they asked if I did this myself!!! No I paid 18 bucks but I feel like I got massacred. Come to find out the back was all jacked up also. WARNING!!! WARNING!!!
