Wow...so these guys and gal completely bailed me out. I woke up this am, early to check on some grass/seeding repair areas in my front lawn. I heard something strange coming from my main valve, water, area, and lo and behold... The bonnet Had ruptured and was leaking water...Oh boy! So... after calling, just Sprinklers for a little assistance... Since no one else was open... They pointed me towards a supplier in Albuquerque to go buy the correct replacement part. After returning with the correct replacement part... I soon discovered that the broken bonnet had lodged itself in the female side of my plumbing, and I was terrified to go after it to pull it out... For fear of ruining the existing plumbing assembly. That said, I called just Sprinklers back, and I was handed over to the very knowledgeable young lady... Who walked me through on how to remove the broken bonnet without damaging my existing plumbing assembly. 30 seconds later, I was screwing in the new bonnet into the assembly and everything was back up and running. What a great learning experience this was. Keep in mind they could've just sent somebody out and build me a couple of hundred bucks to do this themselves... But they took the initiative to walk me through this correctly over the phone... Do you think I'm gonna call them down the road for help?? Absolutely... 100%... Now this was customer service. I wish I could remember the young ladies name but boy she was helpful and knowledgeable and confident... It's so nice dealing with someone like that when you need help... Thank you... I was in today looking for a Rainbird 4 zone residential sprinkler manifold with valves. You can buy then online just about anywhere including Rainbird. I was amazed that the five people working in the store had absolutely no idea what it was I was looking for. You think these employees would have a clue to what they're selling!!! A leak at my irrigation control valve. Caused flooding in my back yard. Just Sprinklers came out and capped it off as I requested. We don't use the system anyway. They came out on a Sunday within a half hour of my call. Highly recommended. read more

Outrageous price for simple repair. No response from tech after three phone calls to office. Do not recommend this business

wow. I've been using this company for a few years to do my sprinkler maintenance and until today have had great service. but one person was able to change all of that today for me. had someone come out on Monday to service my yard and I asked him to add a few sprinkler heads. Didn't care what it cost but told him where I wanted the sprinkler heads. Did a terrible job and left everything exposed above ground so my dog chewed everything up. out to this company and they had a very nice gentleman called me who said he was a supervisor and would send someone out. Well that person came out today and was probably the worst reference for this company that I've ever seen. He questioned my integrity when I told him what happened and basically told me that his tech would never do something like that. needless to say, and I don't think it really matters to them, they've lost a customer. And moreover, I had scheduled an appointment for an estimate on a water feature. That one is canceled too. Too bad that one bad apple spoils, the whole bunch. read more

On Monday, July 13 th we called Just Sprinklers to come by our house to check out our drip system in the back yard. Recently, the system was not receiving a proper amount of water pressure. JS sent a young man named Josh R. There was so much to like about Josh. He knew what he was doing. He was cordial. He wore his mask the entire team and he was fast and efficient. Our dip system works perfectly now. We would love to have Josh work for us anytime we would need help with our sprinklers. read more

It is so nice to have these professional lawn and landscaping experts on the west side of the River. The customer service of these professionals is like we seldom see now days. Had he pleasure of the service provided when I was driving over to the Montgomery st Just Sprinklers. Happen to see the Just Sprinklers logo on my 15 mile trip to the store from which I had purchased items which were surplus. The lady who extended herself with my getting credit for a purchase not from her store was exceptional. Only when I started to leave and asked if they had a card did I find out hat Leilani was the store manager. If all of her employees provide the same services and I saw at least one doing the same, this is branch is going to get my business, even if it is not much. This company has the worse Customer Service ever. We scheduled an appt. for a sprinkler repair and we waited three days and no one showed. The first day they said they did not schedule us after we waited all day. Then they rescheduled. They told us they would definitely be here between 8-12 the next day. When no one showed again I called and the person on the phone was so rude it was crazy. ( Robin) They told me they don't guarantee when they will show up and she could not tell me when they would be here. I explained we had an appointment and the Alley had told me they would be here. She said Alley did not know what she was doing. I called again round 3:00 PM and the Alley told me they were on way. They finally showed about 6:00 PM on the third day when we were at our appt. The person at the gate said they would call to reschedule...they did not. Do NOT use them unless you are willing to pay big bucks for emergency service and even then maybe no service.... read more
