Went last night for the first time and was shocked to see how terrible this place was run. I have never seen so many angry customers at one time. Service did not look busy at all and everyone, whether you called in the order or ordered in store had a minimum 45 minute wait. Food ALL over the floor in the back where they prepare the food, meanwhile I see a guy sweeping in the back, hidden kitchen. The topper was every employee wiping their faces with their gloves and the girl sniffing two sauces bc she couldn't figure out which was which. Good portion size We were dining in and I ordered a pumpkin soup for my toddler. It wasn't until our salads were done and we were practically seated that they realized they didn't have any more soup. Anyone with a toddler knows how it can be difficult to switch gears and get them something else after they had their heart set on something. (He loves their pumpkin soup!) However, Jesus came to the rescue and offered us a replacement, an extra bottle of water, and even walked over and gave my son a placemat and crayons for him to color on. A1 service in my opinion. Store had "run out of paper," and nobody's food was ready, so we had to wait in line as they got their food.... the room-temperature salad was not at all appetizing. I had a pretty bad day and went to Just Salad to get some food, I arrived just one minute before closing, which is something I usually do not do, but on this specific day I was just so stressed, I just didn't realize it was about to close. The team still was so nice to me, made my meal in time, always with a smile on their faces. The food was phenomenal too, which helps a lot, of course. The entire team was great, but I would love to give a special shoutout to Arlena, who was incredibly nice and kind to me. After having a bad day like I did, it is really nice to have some kindness, I really appreciate that. I'm not the review leaving type but I have to, when I walked in there where about 9 people waiting by the register I thought it was a little weird I kept walking made the line there was one guy ahead of me, he waited about 5 mins someone came and took care of him, then I waited about 5-7 mins then they asked me what I wanted I ordered my salad he went on to make my salad I thought he would ask me how much dressing I wanted he didn't and just put it on whatever, I made the line to pay the guy that was in front of me was still waiting to be rang up and another couple in front of him all the 9 people when I walked in where still waiting as well I'm guessing they where either Uber drivers or waiting for pick up orders, as I was waiting on line to be rang up about 20 mins now, the people waiting since I walked in started getting a little frustrate as you can guess because I was myself waiting 20 mins to be rang up all of a sudden the guy who ordered in front of me put his salad down and said keep it and walked out, then two other people waiting made a noise like they where upset and walked out as well, then a young girl said very nicely excuse me miss how much longer and she didn't answer her, now she gos on to ring the couple up that are next she does that doesn't give them a bag, now it's my turn and I waited a couple mins as she starts ringing me up I say may a have a piece of bread because I wasn't sure if it came with it or I had to pay for it she go's on to tell he the breads down there I said ok forget it, I put my credit card in and she walks away no bag no utensils no napkins, thank god I was going home, now for the kicker I get home open my salad and it's barely anything in the bowl. read more

I have had just salad in the past and absolutely loved it. I just recently went to this location where I ordered a honey crispy chicken salad. All was going good until the dressing was being put on my salad. When the employee went to get the dressing which was the honey mustard dressing she smelt it and made a face, made one of her coworkers smell it where the proceeded to laugh and than put the dressing on my salad. I have a problem and check expiration dates and always smell my food. The second I walked out of there I threw the salad out. It did not sit right with me the way they smelt it and laughed and still put the dressing on. They clearly also saw I was watching them. I'm not sure what was so funny about how the salad dressing smelt but it grossed me out and I will never give my money or time to this business ever again. read more

So i went last week. I am only reviewing the salad . I had the idea that a business that calls itself Just Salad would have the standard dressings options , but no Thousand island or Russian dressing?? And they dont offer a chop salad option?? I did have a delicious lemon dressing but its not my go to ‍ . It was expensive for just a salad and no meat . I will say the place is clean and the staff were very friendly but no sure if I will go out of my way for a salad that does not cater or offer options to my taste. Ordered from Just Salad through the "Too Good To Go" app. Our biggest fear was that they would just throw in whatever was left over into a bowl. This fear was realized and confirmed by their staff.
