The workers did a great job with the patio itself, but in the process, they broke bricks/stones, and destroyed my yard, which I've been working on for months to grow in. They washed their cement covered hands and equipment in my yard, so there's cement dried onto the ground in my yard. When they excavated they tossed all of their dirt on my lawn, covering up all the hard work I've done. I reached out to Jay the owner, and he basically said "it happens", but it would be $300 just for them to lay topsoil over their mess. After a lot of back and forth, he got his guys to come out, put down topsoil, and clean up their mess which included tile remnants and concrete debris all over my yard which my dogs could easily hurt themselves on. But they didn't bother to clean up the concrete dried onto the opposite side of my lawn from where the patio was put in. So how does that happen? Carelessness and disrespect for customers' property. While they did clean up some of their mess, only after Jay and I went back and forth, they could have easily prevented this by putting tarps down for the dirt, and not washing cement off in my yard. And with all these issues, Jay couldn't even come himself to check on what his guys did. I will say they are good at putting in a concrete patio, but they could care less about your property that gets damaged in the process.

If during the project (within reason) we were able to change something, the group was extremely communicative on outcome of the design, the group of individuals that worked during the summer, were amazing, the group who worked on our fall project even more amazing, the follow-up and remediation of any issues was so simple. There weren't many as this group knows what they are doing, and communicated clearly. If I could give 5 plus stars we would! Now we can't wait to fill all the space with the wonderful suggestions given and enjoy our space even more so!

He noticed that our pop-up had been washed away in a big rain and that the trenches had settled significantly (as I mentioned in my complaint). He replaced the pop-up, added more top-soil and straw and threw down some grass seed. In the end, we were atisfied with the result and the price of the project. I would have preferred some additional tamping during installation to avoid the long settling time, but alls well that ends well.

I got 7-8 quotes for weekly lawn services and I'd say Stone Creek is mid-range/slightly higher than the average in terms of cost. Still, I believe it's great value for what I'm getting. Worst lawn care experience in over 10 years and 20+ properties! I hired this company to service my…read moreproperty every other Tuesday. From the start, I had nothing but issues. The first week they showed up on a Wednesday and only cut the back yard. They left grass clippings all over the yard and did not service the front yard at all. They failed to trim the bushes, leaf blow the driveway and patio, or edge the yard. All of which were services I paid for. Unfortunately, this was the best experience I had with Carolina Pro Lawn Care and it only got worse from there. They were supposed to come back two weeks later and never showed up despite paying them $40 for the service. After ignoring my calls and emails for several days, I was finally able to get ahold of them. They said they didn't service the property because I had multiple dogs in my backyard. However, I don't have any dogs or pets on the property. At first I thought they tried the wrong house but they confirmed otherwise and said they would try again next week. The following week they did not show up again. I have reached out multiple times and they finally said there was a dog in my yard again even though there were still no animals on the property. I seriously doubt they even came by the property that day. At this point they have not mowed my grass in over 4 weeks. I had to cut it myself so I didn't receive a fine from the homeowners association. Carolina Lawn Care assured me they would be by in two weeks for scheduled service. As you can guess, they didn't show up again. I called to have them come out and they said they would come by on Wednesday instead. I waited at the house all day Wednesday to ensure there were no issues and everything went smoothly. As of 6pm, they had not come by and I was about to email them to see what the issue was. Right about that time, I received yet another email saying they had come by and my dogs were out again. Still not dogs on the property and my neighbors don't have dogs either. Its at this point I realized this company is nothing but dishonest. They will blatantly lie to your face and will look for ways to steal your money. If the weather is hot they will fabricate a story so they don't have to work in the heat. The customer service is horrible and I would not expect them to tell you the truth about their services. They will also refuse to return emails. This company is far from professional and I would recommend against using them for any of your lawn care needs. There are a lot better options with hard working, reliable workers. This company is full of liars and thief's. BEWARE!

I have been using their services for 4 years now and have had an awesome experience. They communicate with me every step of the way and when I had one small issue, (in 4 years - 1 small issue with any company is unheard of in my opinion) they immediately took care of it, no questions asked.
