Unprompted, Rob checked in on our project a few months after completion. He noticed that our pop-up had been washed away in a big rain and that the trenches had settled significantly (as I mentioned in my complaint). He replaced the pop-up, added more top-soil and straw and threw down some grass seed. In the end, we were atisfied with the result and the price of the project. I would have preferred some additional tamping during installation to avoid the long settling time, but alls well that ends well.

We had several projects and with each project planning phase, we were able to get a better grasp of how things would function (water drainage design) to how the project would look. If during the project (within reason) we were able to change something, the group was extremely communicative on outcome of the design, the group of individuals that worked during the summer, were amazing, the group who worked on our fall project even more amazing, the follow-up and remediation of any issues was so simple. There weren't many as this group knows what they are doing, and communicated clearly. If I could give 5 plus stars we would! Now we can't wait to fill all the space with the wonderful suggestions given and enjoy our space even more so!

Brian and Constructive Design Group are A+, top notch from top to bottom. Brian and his design team…read moreare very easy to work with, working with and recommending designs based on the customers likes, budget and style . Once a design has been agreed upon, CDG works on your behalf to ensure all permits, zoning , easements and more are adhered to. The CDG goes far and above on the quality of their work. They are not only on-time, but early, work hard to complete the project in a timely manner while maintaining the highest quality possible. Brian ensure the job is done right and works with the customer to fix any issues that pop up after the fact! I am extremely pleased with my pergola , paver patio, fire pit and new landscaping. I would use Bryan and the CDG for any outdoor project and certainly recommend them to anyone looking .

We had issues with water constantly pooling in our yard. We needed drainage mitigation before water related damage occurred to our home's foundation. We reached out to several contractors, but Bryan Perry of Constructive Design Group stood out above the competition. He walked our property and quickly established his expertise on the subject matter. Bryan designed a massive French drain system with several catch basins and a dry well. Our project also included installation of an expanded paver patio with re-grading and re-sodding of our property. Bryan's passion for his work and his keen eye for details made him a joy to work with. Professional and personable; he constantly updated us on the progress and offered lots of ideas to improve the initial plan, all while respecting the budget that we had set. His team arrived on the job early; Every. Single. Day, ready to put in their best work. (Thank you, Jamie, Sergio, and Geoff!!) We are loving the outcome and are so happy with our beautiful, new outdoor space!

Friday (7/10/20) and Monday (7/13/20), I had my old tile patio taken out and a new concrete slab…read morepatio put in. The workers did a great job with the patio itself, but in the process, they broke bricks/stones, and destroyed my yard, which I've been working on for months to grow in. They washed their cement covered hands and equipment in my yard, so there's cement dried onto the ground in my yard. When they excavated they tossed all of their dirt on my lawn, covering up all the hard work I've done. I reached out to Jay the owner, and he basically said "it happens", but it would be $300 just for them to lay topsoil over their mess. After a lot of back and forth, he got his guys to come out, put down topsoil, and clean up their mess which included tile remnants and concrete debris all over my yard which my dogs could easily hurt themselves on. But they didn't bother to clean up the concrete dried onto the opposite side of my lawn from where the patio was put in. So how does that happen? Carelessness and disrespect for customers' property. While they did clean up some of their mess, only after Jay and I went back and forth, they could have easily prevented this by putting tarps down for the dirt, and not washing cement off in my yard. And with all these issues, Jay couldn't even come himself to check on what his guys did. I will say they are good at putting in a concrete patio, but they could care less about your property that gets damaged in the process.
