I absolutely loved it, from the prompt service to the ambience to the local, delicious food, we had such a lovely dinner. I came for oysters and I got them. First we had a dozen raw oysters from the True Chesapeake farm, which were so fresh and flavorful. My favorite hands down was the Chunky Dunker oyster, gigantic and meaty. Then we had broiled oysters, you know, for some variety! They were fantastic. Dinner was fabulous, I had the scallops and my husband had the fish. We ate every single bite, and all but licked the plates clean. To finish, we had dessert cocktails - the Grasshopper tastes like an Andes mint - and we happily headed home with full bellies. I can't wait to come back and try more of the local seafood on offer!

The apps were incredible. I absolutely loved the beet salad, steak tartare and the handmade spaghetti with clams. You can't go wrong with the brisket meal or their sides - whether it's the grilled chicken or the CAULIFLOWER. GET IT! The oysters were hyper local. Good but not the greatest as I prefer more northern. They have a great selection of oysters locally available so everyone could find one they'd like. I preferred one of them but they didn't identify which was which.

You can grab a hot breakfast and brunch, empanadas, pies, donuts, coffee, vegan items, dips, fresh bread, flowers, tea, dairy meat and, of course, locally grown fruits and vegetables. I went to the market for some fresh baked bread and bagels. While I was there, I was persuaded to purchase a vegan sandwich and some organic vegetables. I had to stop myself because there were quite a bit of other things that caught my eye too. The market is set up right below the highway and was very easy to get to. There is a public parking lot right next to it as well as lots of street parking. I found the Instagram page for the market and the website to be very helpful and informative with information like times, vendors and explanations on how to arrive. All of this adds up for a uniquely Baltimore experience with something for everyone.

It's located right in the city of Baltimore under the highway bridge on E Saratoga St. Street parking is free and i guess there is a way to reserve parking in line now. Mercy hospital has also offered free parking in an adjacent lot. The market is open on Sundays for the season and is such a delight. The vendors are very busy but eager to assist. The prices are fair. Need a coffee fix? The local Zeke's coffee is on site to assist! Many fresh foods, plants, and seafood to choose from. Definitely worth a visit!

It was our first time eating inside and the service was great. It's a chill and welcoming environment. The staff was nice and attentive! We enjoyed watching Ethiopian music videos while waiting for our meal. We love all the sides that come with the Baltimore, especially the yellow split peas and cabbage with carrots and potatoes. The special tibs are always flavorful as well as the Alicha wot. We left fully satisfied with our meal and with food babies. I will always come back to my favorite Ethiopian restaurant in Bmore.

The restaurant seemed very empty, as I was the only one dining in. I did see a'lot of people ordering takeout, so my guess is that business ramps up in the evening. The ambiance was relaxed with dim lighting. Now, onto the cuisine! I ordered a Kala and a Beef Sambusa as appetizers. The kala was very delicious! A jalapeño pepper stuffed with minced jalapeño, tomatoes, and peppers! It was the perfect mixture of both spicy and savory. The beef sambusa was oh so smooth! The beef was nice and seasoned, and the shell was nice and crispy too! For my main meal, the lamb for the awaze tibs was seasoned extremely well and tender!!! The spicy red lentils were oh so dreamy, and the collard greens hit my spirit with a powerful medley of flavor!

My friend and I ordered everything from the tuna tartare, chirashi bowl, Toyosu nigiri platter, seared otoro and the matchamisu dessert. This was plenty of food for 2 people. We loved the quality of fish and presentation here. The otoro cuts were definitely the highlight of the evening. Seared otoro tuna with endless amounts of shaved truffle on top. Definitely save some room for dessert as the matchamisu was a take on the tiramisu. The mascarpone, mango and matcha were a great combination. The service here was great. Our servers were attentive and we enjoyed the variety of seafood, Asian fusion and even saw some hibachi items. Azumi is a great place to enjoy some cocktails, sushi or hibachi. I highly recommend booking reservations in advance. The bartender did let me know they have sushi making classes and tuna carving sessions throughout the month. I'll definitely be back to try some different cuts of fish and their sushi rolls.
