If I could give less than a 1 star I would. It is a total tourist trap. You will go in looking for a phone case and immediately be pushed into shady sales practices. An example would be I got pushed into buying a pair of headphones in which he lied about them showing me a fake picture of them on Amazon for 500$. They are total crap. After my poor mother bought them and I tried to return them he pointed to a sign across the store that there's no refunds only exchanges. After further review of the store it's filled with off brand junk it's ridiculous. Lesson learned for Vegas always do research on the store and product before buying. Do not come here unless you'll like to be harassed, always on the hunt for some phone accessories and since this shop is in the Las Vegas South Premium Outlet you'll never know what you'll find and mom was in a shop across I thought to give this place a visit. Few cases are found here at great prices though it's not that they're trying to have you look at, headphones and items I've purchased elsewhere that have broken on me after a pricey lesson learned I said that and he instantly got defensive, tried to sell me on a item and yelled at me why do I have this phone case then if you don't need this he says...it came with the phone I responded which he had no answer to. This place is a trap and a scam. I went to a kiosk to just get my screen cover replaced because my father in law said he got a deal. Then we were brought into this store from the kiosk to be upsold complete junk that I didn't even need. There's a fast talking Israeli salesman that tells you everything that sounds good and on warranty. The piece I was sold was broken when I tried it at home and the warranty charges you $30 for shipping and handling for EVERY replacement. I'm beyond disappointed and saddened that a salesman can push such crap with no integrity whatsoever. Bad karma to all that work there. read more

stopped in here while my car was charging at the mall. What a huge mistake. Salesman was a caricature of sleeze. Told me to 'try these headphones'. They were supposedly $500/pair, but he could sell me two for that price. When I balked, he said he could do two for $300. For some reason, I fell for it. Got home and found the same headphones on eBay for $40. He also sold me a phone case, and while I was at the store he attached the "free" screen protector to my phone. He did a crappy job, leaving bubbles under the screen protector. It made my phone unusable. I had to remove the protector, then spent 30 minutes getting all the gum off of the screen. I highly, highly recommend you avoid this store. read more

Salesmen are tricksters and magicians, pay for 1 item, and you'll end up with 10 more cheap items in your bag for free. But in reality, you still did not get your money's worth. Avoid this place. Just bought Apple ear buds and battery pack charger . I was told it was Apple ear buds , when I went to pair it to my phone , the day after. My iPhone said cannot be verified as an Apple product. Paid $150 . If they say it's an Apple product , ask them if you can link it to your IPhone and see what your blue tooth says. Sales guy told me he use to work for Apple sales and that Apple gives him Apple ear buds at discount price. As for the battery charger / solar , it was an E3 electronic brand , google it and no brand found on the internet of this product. also paid $150. Should have google it in the store. The sale guy gave a sob story about being married twice and the 3rd time will be in Hawaii. It was just to keep me interested , sorry and distracted. Both product works, but after examining the product closely, it's cheaply made and looks like knocks off. you can get it else where $120 cheaper and with a well known brand. Before buying anything in this store research it online. If it sounds too good, it's fake. Knock off. Sales guy is a scam artist, very smooth talker and everything he says is to get you to buy his product. Don't feel sorry for this guy. I believe in karma. What goes around comes around. He even tried to sell me a phone projector retail at $5,600, and said I'll give it to you for $2,200 , he had me in back on a massage chair to soften me up. I like the features of the wireless phone charger, but it doesn't last very long. It's good for mini charges on multiple devices for emergency purposes. The sales person tried to sweeten the sale by adding other products at a discount so I should have known that the markup was big. After the purchase I found similar items online at a much more discounted price. read more

One star. I'm sure they have some things that are priced right. We were obviously unknowing tourist and greatly overpaid for Bluetooth headphones. We learned this by reading reviews after purchase. Was too late by then, as they only do exchanges as printed on their receipt. Now we know to always check reviews and look on Amazon prior to purchasing from any store. Lesson learned. read more

When lifetime warranty is only good for 1yr of purchase. No refunds for cheap product that being sold 10x the price they have. Never ever go to this place. They will discounts you deep in a hole.
