He's also very detailed and very skilled this picture does him no justice at all! If you were looking at reviews to see if you want to go to this place, I would definitely go. They have quite a few good people in the shop that do amazing work. P.s be careful because sometimes when you get a footbath, the water might be a little hot. Don't be afraid to tell him to turn it down. lol they are all friendly!

I didn't realize everything was á la carte in terms of pricing. A very simple overlay with polish, shaping, and glitter ended up priced more than $100. I ended up spending about 2.5 hours there. I was told the amount I owed was 90 + the Processing fee of 3 (which is illegal for them to ask the client to pay that. that is the responsibility of the shop. I will be reporting that to Visa/MC). I honestly should have tipped but I did. End total $106. I get home and i shower. my nails start to bubble and peel off. I just went to a different place to get them redone. and lastly I looked like they used used materials on my hands when working on me. so I can see how the people in other reviews got the fungal infections. Only got one star for the amazing pedicure/spa treatment.

He stated they refuse to service you they said they don't like that you complain mind you I don't even talk besides saying hello when I walk in and there have been plenty of times where service wasn't that great and I paid and left. There was never an incident and here I complained or told them I didn't like them. I wanted a specific person just like most people who get their nails done to do my nails. I was told that only he would service me and they had the right to refuse. I said no problem I don't care about them refusing service but don't make up a lie on me. . I continue coming and getting serviced by Kyle with no issues until today I called before hand to make sure he had time to fully service me the woman who took the call said yes if you hurry I was there in 15 minutes. I get there about 5:30pm Kyle had one person in the chair he's finishing up and starting to do their feet at about 5:45pm. While he's servicing the same client Henry walks up ask "are you waiting for Kyle for your feet too?" I stated "no i don't care I never had an issue with anyone doing my feet that is your staff" he walks away says nothing more. At this point it's 6:02 Kyle is speeding through to get my nails done he said can you come back for your feet I explained no I can't I have my graduation tomorrow and my photo shoot I also explained that I offered to let someone else do it but nothing came about. So I said to him if it well speed the process up you can do my toes all white after pedicure instead of the pink and white I came in wanting. He said ok but once he finished my nails he decided he was going to paint them I said I really need a pedicure it's been 3 weeks he proceeded to paint my nails at the chair and I couldn't see as he was painting. When he finished I see he painted my toes white, didn't clean them up at all, polish is smudged all on the sides and now he's looking up at me because I have a face full of tears. He asks why am I crying I said because my feet look horrible and on top of it wasn't what I asked for. He started going off in his language to his brother and went to the pedicure station and told me don't ever come back he will never do for me again. I feared for my safety being a woman with two foreign angry men in a nail salon alone so I did the smart move and paid I left quickly. I will never return and will be disputing these charges with my bank the nerve of him to be upset because his co workers didn't want to help and because he is tired from a job he signed up for.
