When you have a client in the chair getting their haircut, remember they are paying for a service, when they are in the chair its their time. You want to chat with co-workers do so, but don't stop cutting my hair and turn and chat with the co-worker. And if you must chat can you maybe complete the task at a volume level not at a level that you would if you were working in say a Steel Mill? I have never not tipped 30% when I come here, because very few places know how to cut a High & Tight and not make you look like Moe from the 3 stooges. But my only issue is the volume of communication with co-workers and taking time from my time getting a service completed. Other than that I would highly recommend this location for their Hair Cutting SKILLS.

What a really great experience! The staff was more attentive than I've ever seen in a barber shop. Hassan the primary barber (owner) has great skill and attention to detail; other employees were cleaning, brushing hair from the clients, etc. As Hassan was finishing up the client before me, another gentleman sat me down, took my jacket, for me prepped and made me comfortable. Hassan got started quickly, inquiring about exactly what I wanted. He was quick, it efficient and paid attention to detail, using scissors for fine hand work and my cut came out great. He was hospitable and offered coffee or drinks. When done, another gentleman cleaned me up, and brought me to another station where he washed my hair thoroughly, then back to the chair for a blow dry and spray. All this for only $15 before tip. The literally then put my jacket on me and thanked me for the business. Truly an awesome and classy experience. Highly recommended.

I had an appointment with him 2-3 weeks later because a couple of wefts came loose, which was frustrating, and he again didn't speak. I'm almost positive it wasn't a language barrier issue because there were no attempts to be friendly even with body language? And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Right away they got me in to start my make up with Mariana. The Make up artist her self was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. Right when I was done they put me on chair and prepped me for a hair updo style. Farah did my updo and she was just amazing herself. Abe was the artist today and he really impressed me. Lots of chairs and barbers here to accommodate any customer rush. The shop is clean and the design of the shop is really classy. Haircut and beard trim cost $40. I believe $25 for the cut and $15 for the beard trim. Lots of parking spots available here. No worries about waiting for a parking spot. I'll ad more pictures the next month when I get my next cut and trim. Please give them a try and you'll be happy you did.

This place is very professional, clean with plenty of barbers to take care of you. I saw all kinds of haircuts happening there. Straight, curly, fades and tapers. I saw a young caucasian gentleman getting cut in a stye I've never seen but it looked very cool. I was very impressed with the job done with my son who happens to be Afro/filipino (Blasian). When I showed up I sat for 10 mins before being acknowledged. One of the barbers told his older barber colleague to give me a cut. The old man was not friendly at all, no greetings, no nothing. Seemed like he didn't wanna be bothered with. Despite showing him a photo of cut I wanted I was given a subpar and basic haircut. I still ended up giving a 8 dollar tip out of respect. I absolutely will not be returning to this establishment.
