Once Jay was finished with his customer in front of me he skipped his lunch break and put me in his chair (with a warning that if his scheduled appointment showed up after his break then I might have to wait a few hours or get on his calendar for the following Monday. As Jay was working on me Austin told him that there was the cancellation that I was hoping for. Jay is just an awesome guy with serious talent when it comes to cutting and shaping hair!
