This barbershop is a complete joke. I was only 8 minutes late, and as a parent of a 7-month-old,…read morejust getting out of the house takes real effort. Instead of showing a shred of basic human understanding, they skipped me and started with someone else like my appointment meant nothing. Meanwhile, two barbers were literally sitting around doing NOTHING. I politely asked if one of them could take me. One of them answered with the most condescending, clown-level attitude, saying they "wouldn't do that to my stylist." Give me a break. These guys act like clowns who need a crash course in customer service, professionalism, and how to build loyalty--because right now, they have NONE. And the worst part? You can literally see their ugly demeanor toward other unsatisfied customers too. It's not just me--they treat people poorly across the board. This place is a disgrace to what customer service is supposed to be. Avoid this dump. I'll happily go anywhere else. NEVER coming back.
