Why it is green cos pandan is actually an aromatic screwpine leaf. The bakery lady called it Asian Vanilla! How true! It is a dense Swiss roll with a light coconut type flavor. Love it! Reminds me if Singapore! 2) see picture of purple and tan colored cake - made with ube or purple yam sweetened with a nice creme Brule flan on the top . The holiday season being Christmas and Thanksgiving lol! Today however I had the privilege to try three of their macaroons and all I can say is that all three were so delicious! I don't know what the three flavours were as there was no sign or menu around however there was a green macaroon awake macaroon and a pink macaroon ha ha The penguin definitely tasted like I had strawberry in it but for the green and the white one I have absolutely no idea what delicious flavour they were.
