No good. Prices are way to high on everything. No knowledge of what they have. I have been hear a few times. Each time I have gotten someone different it was the same thing. They seem stoned or brain dead. Customer service is very low. I recommend any other place then hear for everything from paint to vape. read more

Stay the hell away from Just Blaze!! Bought a percolator bong for over $80. Less than 5 days later, the percolator broke off simply by turning the bong upside down to drain the water. I didn't want my money back, just an simple exchange. The owner blames the manufacture. I did not buy from the manufacturer, I bought the bong from Just Blaze. The owner refused to exchanged it accusing me of dropping it. I didn't drop it. And if I did, there would be external damage to the bong. The internal percolator broke off. Try tipping a bong over and see if it will remain perfectly intact on the outside like mine, yet have an internal percolator break. It's impossible. If you are in retail, you take responsibility for your products. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude by their employees. They do not care about their customers. There are several other smoke shops in the valley that are legit and stand behind their products. Spend your $$ elsewhere!! read more

I said that's not what the coupon says. And he said that was his rule. He was rude and didn't honor it so I took my business somewhere else. JUST PLAIN LIED! Bought a GPenPro for $92 and was told by John (who claimed to be a manager but was not) that I could return it even after I used it if I didn't like it. Never opened the box or used it and tried to return it and the employee with gross dirt under his nails told me that all sales are final and I could not return it. No such words on the sales receipt stating that all sales were final. The employee pointed to a faded curled up sign surrounded by a bunch of other worthless signs with benign sayings or stickers you'd find in some teenager's bedroom. The GPen was NEVER used and the box was not opened and the receipt was present. The employee said I could call the owner and MAYBE he would give me merchandise credit. Oh, I was so excited...maybe I could get some cheap ass art or something with skulls or a marijuana leaf on it! Oh, don't forget a Bob Marley picture or other such classless and trailer park, carnival crap they have. NOT A FAN AND WILL NEVER GO BACK... read more

Just when I thought I'd found a great store. BAD/POOR customer service. Last week I bought the battery portion of a vapor cigarette, got it home and it wouldn't stay together. I took it back today and they wouldn't replace it or even consider anything to help me out. He said I broke it. I said it came that way, it's just loose, can you do anything, he said no, you broke it. He said I'll sell you another one. I said why would I buy another one, this one was broke as soon as I got home. He said well would you not shop at Walmart if they sold you something that was broke. I said Walmart would replace it. He said well you broke it, end of story, not going to help you. He said, I'll sell you another one and give you a slight discount. I walked out and will never be back again. In my own defense, I've been down sick, haven't even been going to work. They even remembered me and buying it but still wouldn't do anything for me. He said I SAT on it and broke it. read more
