After just two visits to Just Automotive, my car is honestly running like a brand new vehicle again. Their communication is truly next level. Just Automotive uses a digital inspection system that texts you photos and detailed explanations of what they find, what needs attention now, and what can wait. Everything is simple, transparent, and incredibly easy to understand. You can even text your service advisor directly, which is something I have never experienced anywhere else. Both times my car needed to stay for about a week, they provided me with a loaner vehicle which took so much stress off the situation. That level of customer care is rare. What really stands out is how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything without making you feel rushed or talked down to. They really go above and beyond to make sure you understand what is happening with your vehicle. They truly are good, honest small-town people with the technology and professionalism of a big dealership. It is the best of both worlds. I googled an Auto Repair garage from the side of F67 and called H&M Auto. They told me to bring it in...they knew I was in a bind and kindly just took it and fixed me up after taking a code reader, vacuum hose to my stuck thermostat and after a test ride was back to a fully operational truck. They refused any form of payment and the owner just said "Merry Christmas!" Very kind great auto repair shop! They started conversation as "You are not our customer" simply because I got their service through the insurance. I wish it were misunderstanding, but how they deal with my review tells a lot of things. ------------------------------------------ I hate to leave negative review because you guys did the job done. But I must tell you, one of your guys, Basim really does not seem to care about your customers. I called you guys for lock out service, and he showed up on site, then he did not walk out of his car for more than 20 minutes because he was on the phone with his friends or whatever. And my car was running, and I am pretty sure that he saw me as well because I was standing by my car which was really close to his. Then he slowly walked out of his car and did the job which takes about 30 seconds. I already waited like 45 minutes and had to wait 20 minutes longer after he arrived because he did not get out of his car. Very horrible customer service, I can tell.
