Drove my rental car through a few dirt roads and the car was completely filmed with mud. I was worried that the rental company would charge an arm and a leg in cleaning. So, looked for car washes on the way and found this place. The place appeared completely deserted on a Sunday morning. It was self service station. I picked the deluxe package and it did the job. A good job actually. Pretty happy with the service I got.

The advertisement stated the truck would be there from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. I arrived around 1:00 PM specifically because of that promotion, only to find that the truck had already left. The staff were polite and explained that the truck decided to leave early because it was a slow day. However, customers should be able to trust advertised event times. In fact, there were several cars at the car wash when I arrived, so it did not appear completely dead. I am giving 3 stars because the car wash itself was okay, but I hope future promotions are better coordinated so customers are not disappointed.

Dozens upon dozens of trash bags have been hauled in my car as well as dirty cardboard boxes and dusty heirlooms. Additionally I have had my two dogs in the car, quite a bit, as well. There fur is short, dance, and slightly coarse. In other words, it's sticks to everything. EVERYTHING. Not to mention, it is the middle of winter, so therefore the interior is dirty from ice salt and melted snow grime. While the interior of my car did not look like something from a mad Max movie, it was pretty close. However, after Steve returned it to me it sparkled. Literally, it looked better than the day I drove it off the car dealership, brand new. He was an excellent communicator, letting me know when he was leaving his shop, letting me know when he got to my office, letting me know when he was on his way back. From start to finish, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to have the interior of the car detailed. He also washed the car before he returned it, even though I only paid to have the interior detailed. That was awesome.
