He was the most low-pressure salesman we've ever encountered, and that was a HUGE win for us. He asked what we were looking for (bunks were a must, and a regular hitch and size/weight considerations for the truck we own were all considered) and then pointed out a few options out of their GREAT selection on the lot for us to take our time browsing.The first one he showed us was a 2023 Jayco Jay Flight that was marked at HALF market value. Everything was unlocked, so we took our time looking at a bunch of different trailers at various price points while Jeff went back to the office. He really let us browse by ourselves and after looking at a bunch we ended up going with the first one he had shown us. The credit process was simple and straight forward, and later we were given the option to purchase the extended warranty (which we did) added to the loan. As first-time camper owners we knew NOTHING, so When we picked up our trailer a week later we were delighted that he walked us through it and educated us on how to use everything and what things to look out for. As a finishing touch he had added a few great perks that enabled us to go camping as soon as we wanted: a high quality black tank dumping hose, a white water hose and a pack of RV toilet paper. It was SUCH a great buying experience that we will highly recommend World Wide RV in Lakeside (Wagonwheel) to ALL our friends and family. I don't remember if it was quite two decades of experience he had working for international mechanic before he opened his shop, but it was quite a few years to be sure. Shawn is a friendly owner operator of the shop who specializes in big truck diesel engine repair. This isn't the shop to bring your Prius for new batteries, but if you have a big truck with a diesel engine this could be the guy for you. I have found Sean to be far more friendly and honest than dealing with most of the dealers in the area. When it comes to getting things done the only bummer can be that since he's only a two man shop he can get a little bit behind it it might take a little while to get your vehicle done, but it's probably worth the wait since I don't think he's actually trying to rip anybody off. Stop by and give Shawn a try, it will definitely be better than most of the other shops in the area.

After a few weeks: he eventually made it to my place. He works on RV, says he needs to buy a part, asks for payment of repairs upfront, he indicates he would return to complete the job, and leaves. This was a month (or more) ago. He hasn't returned to complete the job as paid. (7-2022) Caution: never pay this business or any auto-repair business upfront. You're not legally required to pay for auto-repair services upfront.

It was my first time setting up a trailer solo, but they showed me everything I needed to do. I recorded video. Later that evening camping, I even had an issue with getting the generator started and that evening, the on call gentleman was able to FaceTime me and walk through the process. Service was amazing. Wow I'm super sad to have to write this review! We have…read morerented from Garvin's for 4 years now and usually we have better than average service. This time I am shock with the lack of customer support and especially from ownership. We rented 3 trailers and had 2 dropped off off of 260. This is an extra charge we paid for. We also had a 3rd trailer that was picked up. The 2 trailers dropped off were horrible. Bathrooms not cleaned! Toothpaste on the mirrors floors around toilets were never cleaned. We had a mouse in one with a house built from left over toilet paper under the sink. Same trailer blinds broken and smashed above bunks. The worst was the second trailer dropped off. To preference we rented this and trailer one year ago and it was new and in good shape. This time dropped off filthy in addition to dirty bathroom we got a bonus of 4 old sweaty cheese burgers left in microwave. Then we open the fridge which wasn't working and discovered black mold troughout! We immediately called Garvins and from the afternoon until 9pm they promised to have someone show up to clean and fix. No one ever showed up that night. We ended up having to clean before we could sleep in them. We had young children and inexperienced campers with no where to put them. They finally showed up the next day to address some of the issues. The people who dropped off the trailers and came to fix the next day are super awesome. The 3rd trailer that we towed up had multiple issues as well. Generator would not start. Propane bottle leaking. We had to replace with one of ours as valve was leaking. Battery wouldn't charge when we used one of our generator so heater and water pump was intermittent. All of this we could have sorted out with them if we could discuss some compensation. However the owners have not called back as promised. Only one late phone call after promised by 5pm then around 7 when unable to talk. He promised to call next day but now 3 days later and nothing. How do you not compensate the people who have used your services for 4 years?! Well hopefully we will hear from them until then super disappointed!
