It was my first time setting up a trailer solo, but they showed me everything I needed to do. I recorded video. Day 2 Walter showed up with a generator, he started it charged the batteries and left to bring back water. We went fishing for about 3-4 hrs. , came back Walter the repair man was almost finished, generator running, water full, batteries charged. late afternoon everything's looking really good eat dinner. Fridge Luke warm at best ,go to forest lakes to buy ice Oh boy around 10:00 p.m. alarms started going off went through the sequence last alarm carbon monoxide 2 hours . I stayed up myself , no sleepstarted generator ran at for 2 1/2 hours to charge the batteries. Ran all night all the other camps were upset. I had them pick up my GEM golf cart for brake service and possible lithium batteries. They picked…read moreup my golf cart, did repair and called me in the valley to let me know it was ready for delivery. It was not a fit for lithium batteries so they replaced the regular batteries, fixed brakes and told me it was ready to go. I came up from the valley and tried to start it, it wouldn't start...finally called my neighbor who accepted delivery and asked him if it was working when delivered. He said no, thought they told you. Nope, they did not. I went in and spoke with the service manager and explained what has happened and he informed me it was not right and they would fix it but didn't have room at the moment. Long story short, never had room, spoke with new service manager and he bluntly told me they did not work on GEMs any more and would not be fixing it....$4,000 dollars later it has never run again. UPDATE!!! I SPOKE WITH SOMEONE IN SERVICE DEPARTMENT TODAY AND HE IS GOING TO LOOK INTO THIS FOR ME AND SEE WHAT MIGHT BE ABLE TO BE DONE. TWO YEARS IN THE WORKS.. HE WAS POLITE.

We had excellent service and Nick went out of his way to help us. Nick said no problem when we asked to blow up the dinghy to check it out. If anyone is looking for a heavy duty 12 ft., with an aluminum floor, stable as can be dinghy in very good shape-this is it. In the end, it was too large to fit where we needed which was too bad because it was a great deal. Nick showed us other options and was very helpful in solving our particular issue. We have ideas now and may just find the boat we want. Although, I suggested the beautiful pontoon boats they have in stock. I would easily sleep on the water in that!
