When she took my son in, she had a fun way of making the scary dentist instruments fun. He even got sunglasses because the light above was so bright. You can tell they run a good practice because the same wonderful team is still there. Trust is big with kids, and there's not a staff member there my son doesn't already know or trust. The hygienists go above and beyond to make the patient and parents comfortable and informed the entire visit. Their ability to immediately post x rays and dental records to my son's electronic health record is out of this world. Drs. Jamie and Paty work so hard to make sure my son's oral care is as good as it can be. They actively try to prevent the need for braces, which is every parent's goal. They are quick and professional. I have watched them do everything from the easiest check up with xrays to cleanings, to fillings and most recently a 4 tooth extraction. The thought of removing 4 teeth at once would freak most people out, but the staff explained everything so wonderfully. They did everything fast, pain free, and without putting him to sleep. The exam rooms are still as brightly decorated as before, and the rooms don't look like they were decorated over 5 years ago. Everything looks just as new. They recently expanded their waiting room to an upstairs waiting area with tablets for the kids and a Keurig machine for mom and dad. I'm glad they expanded the waiting area as the downstairs area *can* get tight. Not usually, but sometimes. The office staff at Tiny Teeth do an over the top job running the roost. Texts, emails, calls, and printed out appointment cards help parents keep their appointments. The front desk staff understands their patient base and they think of what parents want- doctor notes for the school and afternoon and vacation appointments. If I ever have a question, Diana and Melissa always know the answer. I totally recommend Tiny Teeth for your kid's dentist. They take patients from age 1-21 and accept many types of insurance including Husky.

So he just took a look and then said he didn't have time. So she wasted money for that appointment. So we go in for the second appointment and he's again about 30 min late. He then went on to verify she didn't eat for 3 hours prior, but she was never told that. The procedure continued and neither the Dr nor the assistant knew how to work the Nitrous oxide and had to call in another person. Tbh the Dr was kinda condescending as well. I was told they would submit claim and I would get money back once released from insurance. They finally submitted the claim six months later, in June, sun life has stated that they issued checks and because they checked box 37 and put their address in, the payment was going to the dentist instead of me. I still have no payment back from them. Very shady operation. My insurance stated is all they had to do was put send payment direct to member. So now I double paid since they apparently kept my money. I'm sure I'm annoying them with my calls but they are horrible at communication. Would never go back or recommend.

During covid, my back tooth cracked, a crown broke, it was just all not good. Going to see Dr. Salesky and his team was the smartest thing I've done. Judgement free and an amazing staff. The first thing he asked me is "what don't I like about my smile". At first I was a bit surprised since the back of my mouth needed help but I told him one of my teeth looks discolored. Well not only did Dr. Selensky and his team jump into action repairing the back teeth but before I left, he had adjusted the shade of my front area tooth and it was like a gift. Gentle, kind, patient and so very thoughful. That is for everyone in the office. They all go above and beyond. Simply amazing. My message: Don't be afraid, just call and I know you will feel the same way. I've been with him now for a few years and he takes his time discussing options, your choice always and while my teeth were not in amazing shape, I trusted him and today I left there with tears in my eyes because my smile had never looked better.
