I don't normally post reviews, but I needed to leave a review for Andrea C. She's amazing. I came with my Godson for his birthday celebration, and her customer service was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. I came a couple times after with him and when she is not there it is noticeable. It's a little more chaotic and less organized. Andrea is an asset to your company. read more

This year we chose Just 4 Fun for our daughter's 8th birthday party. We have never been so impressed with an establishment such as this for a birthday party. We dropped off our decorations the day before, leaving them in a huge box. I l iThe next day, we show up to find the room already decorated, and our hostess Pamela was so kind and wonderful. Service was prompt and everything was on time and they accommodated and catered to our every need. When one little girl got hurt, they rushed to her air with an ice pack. They let us wheel the presents out in a shopping cart for our convenience. They cleaned up the whole room after the party. They even gave our daughter a pass to come once a month for free for a year. This was an extraordinary experience and we will definitely be recommending it to our friends. read more

It is a great facility with amazing activities for the kids however, they have no attendants monitoring the children's play areas. The kids just run wild, shoving each other, climbing walls, slides, doing whatever they want with no supervision. If they could get it more organized and clean it would be an incredible place. I'm not sure if I'd return due to that but it has great potential. read more

Celebrated my daughter's birthday today and had a great time. Food was delicious and the kids had a blast. Highly recommended.

I took my daughter yesterday and was a really nice place! The staff was very nice also! There are so many things for the kids! The food was ok for the place...see you next time read more

Recommended 100%, I celebrated my daughter's first birthday and everything was perfect. Thank you for you help setting everything up, the place is amazing for kids (there is a place for 1-4 yo and another for older than 5), kids enjoyed the afternoon and they were exhausted at the end. I'll come back without any questions. Oh, and the food was also perfect read more

This place is great. I've been taking my kids here for about a year now and they absolutely love it. If you want your kids to release tons of energy this is the place. Safe and clean. The food is pretty good too. read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It's one of the few indoor play areas open on Sundays in the Gables. I have a 1-year-old that I wanted to let play in the 'toddler area' promised on their website. Except the toddler area was full of older kids (5-10) who would climb over the tiny gate and push over the little kids. There's no supervision at all. Dangerous for little ones. A complete zoo, and the design makes it hard for parents to watch their kids. Just horrible, don't bother if you have a toddler. read more

The kids would have given it a 5. I had two ratings, a 4 when it's slow and a 2 when it's busy. When we showed up at 1045am on a Friday it was delightful. Plenty of room for everyone of all ages. By the time noon had rolled around the place had filled up mostly with kids from a private birthday function. Though my 5 year old didn't seem to notice(or welcomed the extra companions), and my 2 year old was barely phased, it made it hard to follow my 2 year old around since many parents had the same intention. The playground area is like what we used to play on at McDonalds but on steroids. Traditional slides, rolling slides that you can ride with plastic sleds, trampolines, ball pits, arts and crafts area, a concession stand with huge dining area and at least 1 private room for parties. The concession stand sells coping mechanisms in the form of beer and wine, not my thing when I'm around my children but I understand how some may like it. The employees are patient, friendly, and dedicated to safety. If your kids wear crocs, make sure they have socks or you'll be forced to but them at checkin, the are only $2.50. read more

Cute place esp when raining but employees rude, not too clean and owner's young school age son walks around bullying kids saying "I can do what I want bc my dad owns this place." I witnessed this myself. read more

We could not have imagined a better experience for our 5year old birthday party. This is really the best of all worlds - safe space for kids to play while parents can relax and socialize with a sangria (delicious!) or mimosa in hand. The staff was all welcoming but Natalia in particular was an incredible partner from start to finish. She really handled everything - from setting up the decor beautifully to greeting guests, passing appetizers, arranging the birthday candles, getting the kids inside the room for food and cake. Meanwhile I got to enjoy my sons birthday and spend more meaningful time with our guests without having to worry about a thing! All the kids had a blast and the parents enjoyed the time as well! #BestBirthdayEver :) read more

Overall it is a good place to take your child to, especially on a rainy day. However, I am very disappointed after my visit yesterday, on 08/26/2017 at 12:20 PM. Upon entering the place I noticed it was overcrowded. I asked the girl at the front desk if they had a limited capacity, for safety reasons, and she said "No". There were two birthday parties and the place was at capacity. There were not available seats for parents, and the kids were bumping into each other in the play area. There was no supervision at all in the playground area. Total chaos. Parents were wearing their street shoes and walking over mats and carpeted areas. Kids were playing rough. Kids were using the plastic sleds on the slides (there is a sign that prohibits the use of sleds on the regular slides). Kids were going up on the sled-slide, and then the kids that were waiting in line to go on the slide did not have a chance. Some kids from the Star Wars birthday party were playing swords with 2-feet swords, and waving their swords around in front of their parents, that drank beer and champagne in the play area. I told one of the girls that was by the food counter, and she told me to tell the one at the front desk for her to make an announcement. I did and more than 20 min. passed and still no one had made any announcement. I had to tell the girl at the counter for the second time, and then she finally went to the front, grabbed the mic, and made the announcement. I ordered food and there were not available tables. All of them had stacks of left over food, utensils, cups, napkins, etc. I had to move stuff from one table to another, and wipe it clean with napkins to be able to seat. I ordered a kid's pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza arrived but not the mozzarella sticks. I told the girl running the food, and she told me that she needed to check the order because she had only seen the pizza. She finally said that the mozzarella sticks were on their way. They arrived almost 20 minutes after. She did not care much. She walked slow, and did not clean up the tables. Everytime she would serve food to the tables, she would leave empty handed, so more stuff accumulated on the tables and less tables were available for the customers. She place looks understaffed. There is loose equipment and screws coming out of some of the equipment. The place needs maintenance, supervision, and definitely, more personnel. read more

Extremely crowded. Unsafe because I feel it would be easy for a stranger to take a child. There is insufficient employee supervision to exit/not a good system in place/ so crowded it is inevitable to lose your child and thus very easy for a stranger to exit with your kid. Also unsafe because a child could get hurt and no one would notice for a long time. There should be employees stationed all around making sure kids aren't getting hurt. Also, there is supposed to be a little kid section and a big kid section but again since there is no supervision big kids have taken over the little kids section making it very unsafe for younger children. The arts and crafts section is a table with dried out markers and crayons. read more

It's not that big of a place , but my toddler loved it, the food is great & the place has a lot of activities for kids of all ages. I would totally recommend it , I went the 1st time only kids pay and they gave me a free pass for next time when you purchase an unlimited ticket for the whole day which is only 14.99. Food is a little pricey. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the management going today. I spoke to a main staff member about the fact that the air seemed abnormally off than usual. But her response was "you're the only one who has complained about it" in an extremely rude and condescending way. The air was at 78 in a location where children are supposed to be running and jumping around. As an adult who was not even moving much, I was suffocating of the heat. Additionally, the doors were open entirely. The staff is clearly not competent or well prepared enough to be running a location of this sort. I felt dismissed and ignored. read more

SO disappointed! I was really looking forward to going to an indoor play place (especially in our 90+ degree weather), but there were too many areas of disorganization for me. Where to start.. 1. Safety- the was NO staff at the exit. I was watching as kids just came & went at their leisure. And the front doors were open so kids could easily run out the doors, or get taken away by a stranger... Another part of safety- there was no staff on any of the equipment in the play areas. I tried to put my 7 mo. old on the 1 thing he could go on & all the older kids kept running & jumping on it. There's no separation of who can play where. And the arts & crafts area was a disaster w/ paint & papers everywhere! Again, no staff there either. Besides that, ordering & getting food was impossible. Long story short, we were there for over 2 hrs. Took 1/2 hr. to order & food came out 1 at a time, in 20 min increments. I got mine about 20 min before we left (I'm not exaggerating). I could keep going, but you get the idea. This place definitely needs to step it up & get more organized if they want to continue. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 cause my older child had fun & they didn't argue when I asked for a refund after paying for the baby ( for which the manager/owner didn't even know how to work the register). I will not go back! read more

Unfortunately, it's already apparent that this new version of a kids play place will too go out of business as did the last one. We just went with our two kids and while we decided whether we would order the unlimited pass or the one hour pass, the cashier ran our card for the more expensive unlimited pass and then told us she couldn't change or offer a refund even though we hadn't signed a credit card receipt yet or entered the place. She said it was management's policy. Once inside, it's understaffed and dangerous. There is no control over the front door and a child could easily walk out and get lost or be kidnapped. There are other, more professional places. This place is too dangerous to risk the most valuable thing in your life. read more

Went with my kids yesterday. My kids had a blast (4 and 5 years old). The play area is very well planned and it is a fun place to go. My main concern is supervison and security. The reason why I give it 2 stars is the lack of security control with the kids when they exit. They give you a wrist band to enter the area, but they do not check if the kid goes out with the parent or a stranger. Kids just walk out. Anybody can take a kid out and nobody checks the wrist bands. I could not relax looking at the exit door all the time. I asked the staff about my concern and the girl at the front seemed bothered by my question and just told me that the wrist bands had numbers. I told her that I could see that the bands had numbers but the numbers are not the same for the parent and the kids (instead of me and my kids having 100, 100, 100; the bands are numbered 100,101,102). I pointed out that they were not checking any kid on the way out with and adult, so how could she know if a kid was going out with the parent/guardian? She looked at me with an annoyed face and just repeated that the bands had numbers. They should really fix this issue. They layout of this place is for parents to enjoy and relax while kids have fun but it is not possible when you deal with kids and lack security controls. read more

Not suitable for babies and very little for toddlers. There is no separate area for babies/toddlers so it is dangerous because older kids are in all the same areas. You cannot see the kids from the adult seating area. There is no staff supervision of any areas so you better keep an eye on your kid! They need to address some of these issues for safety. Good parts - Fun playground and decent food options. read more

This place is so dirty, I wouldn't even let my 1 yr old touch the ground. My 4 yr old had fun, but I will never go back. It's run by teenagers and very disorganized. All of the reviews here are exactly correct. read more

We held our son's birthday party at Just 4 Fun. It was very organized, goodie bags, music and basic decorations were provided, and the staff was very attentive to our needs for the party. The layout of the play area is enclosed sufficiently so that you don't have to worry about where your kids are located. There is plenty for young kids to do and although adults are welcome to accompany their kids in the play area, I would not recommend it since you have to be hunched over to get around. We have brought our kids back several times and they always have a great time. I would recommend getting the unlimited playtime pass since an hour can fly by quickly and your kids will leave crying because they want to play longer. The food is actually pretty good and they actually have a decent selection of beer for adults who need to pass the time while their kids are playing. The place is clean and never seems overly crowded. I would recommend this place for any families looking to kill some time in the afternoon to give their kids something fun to do and blow off some energy for a good night's sleep later at night. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!!! Me and my son went on a Sunday afternoon, it was rainy so I anticipated that it would be busy but that was okay! I actually wanted there to be kids so my son would play w them! First of all we were greeted with 2 open doors, when I say greeted I only mean that they were open but no greeters. I mention the open doors because on a rainy day in Miami it can get muggy and hot and all that heat just made its way into the establishment it was disgustingly hot inside. Then I was non greeted by one of their staff, the young lady looked MISERABLE, she only opened her mouth to ask me if I would be there for an hour or for unlimited play... I chose an hour because I had already hiked over there and didn't want to turn around and have my son do nothing. She was more than unpleasant and looked very unhappy to be working there. I feel if you are running a place with kids your employees should atleast try and look friendly and be nice to the kids more than anything. THEN, I walked in to what they call a so called business. The place was filthy!!! The floors were disgusting, there were several parts of the ceiling that were unfinished, all the so called places to put your shoes were scattered along the entire place, no organization whatsoever! Then there was the little ones playground... there are 2 designated areas. One for the bigger kids and one for the smaller tots.. again with the disorganization my 1.5 yr old couldn't even play because there was 6-9 year olds in the little playarea... kids with no shoes or socks, the playmats were gross all the fixtures of the play pens were filthy.. DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE... the owner should be embarrassed to even put his name on such garbage!!! It's for like just2takeyourmoney!!! WASTE OF TIME... DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY read more

I've taken my 5 year old son a couple times and he doesn't seem to have enough of this place. They also have a wide variety of foods and from the ones I've tried so far like the quesadilla and the mini burgers are amazing. They also have a couple options of wines and beers. I saw one of the reviews about a woman talking about her encounter with one of the employees, and I just wanted to say I actually saw part of what happened at the parking lot and I saw what happened at just 4 fun. From what I saw in the parking lot, the mom with the kids on the car showed her middle finger first, and she also was telling both ladies to get out of the car and fight, and it seemed the employees were just screaming back because they were getting yelled at. I did witness everything in the playground though, I was waiting in line, and the woman with the kids shows up and sees the two employees going in to work, and starts asking if that "crazy woman" works over there. The employee at the front proceeded to say that she does and the woman starts basically screaming saying a person that has no stability shouldn't be allowed to work with kids, and asked if the manager was present, which he/she wasn't and then asked who's in charge, and the employee says that if it was the two women that had already came in, one of them was the assistant manager in charge that day. She was screaming at the poor employee at the front as if it was her fault anything had happened. She asked her kids if they wan to be there with a lady that screamed at them in the car, the kids seemed to want to play but she pulled them out saying that if she stayed there with the woman she would call the police. The employee that apparently yelled at her was crying a lot because something probably happened and her getting yelled at triggered her also yelling back. I don't see how something that happened out of work should affect what happens in work. The place is great and all the employees that I came across that day seemed really nice. read more

I am extremely impressed with this place. Perfect place for kids to have a party. I celebrated my daughters birthday and the service, was excellent!!! My host was Pamela and she is the bomb!!!!!! Just celebrated my daughter's birthday there and everyone had a great time! Great party host! Excellent service and kids had a blast!!

This place is FALSELY advertised! The website says "toddler play". When did 5-7 become toddler age? The toys/play gyms are not designed for older kids, yet the employees still let the Big kids in. As a result the equiptment is not respected. The mats are dirty, I mean nasty, walked on with muddy shoes, dirty. The staff seem oblivious to the rough house playing. It's a wonder there aren't law suits from parents for bodily harm to thier toddlers. Total disappointment! read more

This place is better than Dandy Bear. I paid $15 for unlimited play time with my 2 yr old niece. We both brought our socks and came prepared and we both loved it. We were the 2nd ones inside the place on a Saturday morning and towards the afternoon it was packed with kids. As soon as you walk in and pay the staff make parents and kids put on a bracelet and sign into a log. Looks like they have things organized and in place. The art section was nice it had plenty of crayons, markers and paper to draw on. The toddler section goes up to age 4 but there were some instances that bigger kids would run and play in that area. You need to watch your kid at all time since the big kids are a bit careless and aren't that careful. The prices for the food were reasonable and they had a variety of things to try. We ordered the Mac n cheese and they were amazingly cheesy. the only downfall of the food is that you have to wait for it at a table and by lunchtime the wait was pretty long. Other than that it was a good time. The slide in the toddler section has lights and a moving palm tree and circle thing that goes around. They even had a dance section for kids who wanted to play Just Dance which I thought was cool. I wish I was a kid again. Will come back to this place soon!!! read more

DIRTY!!! Do not take your children. OLD CHUNKS OF FOOD WITH MOLD ON BALL PLAY AREA. I've been here 2 times. Always during the week. First time was ok, not too many children. Our group was pretty much everyone in there which was nice. We had chicken nuggets and hot dogs after. We wanted to ask one of the girls a question and where completely ignored which was off. Second time I went with my son and husband. My son had left a small toy last time we were in and I didn't expect it to be there but asked anyways since it one of his favorites. The boy at the front said nothing had been turned in that day. I processed to explain it was a week prior to that day and he went into a box of lost and found filled to the top with stuff and lifted one item and said there was nothing. I thought to myself, really guy you didn't really look but i was so annoyed i let it go. I knew where he had left it which was the ball play area and went in to see if maybe I saw it and while I was looking for it realized those people never clean that place. There were pieces of old bread, cookies and other foods that had mold on them. I grabbed my son and left as soon as possible. The next day he was sick which i expected after everything I saw. I KNOW THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO CORRECT WHAT I SAW BUT AT LEAST I WILL WARN OTHER PARENTS. read more

Really loved it as my kids really love this place! It is safe, they have lots of play areas, slides, jungle gyms, and I like you can sit there watching your kids playing while taking a break! Parents you know what I'm taking about it! Remember alway to bring your own socks otherwise you have to buy them. The real problem I have here is the food!!!! It is gross. Hot dogs are the cheapest meat ever, they really small bad, and the macaroni cheese does not taste anything. Having said that I would suggest to take on another concessionaire with more natural and fresh food and freshly made juices etc. Staff is really nice. We definitely do back but I will never buy any food there for my kids. read more

I get the mixed bag of reviews here. Went with a three year old here are my takes. If you ask my daughter it was the greatest place this side of disneyworld. She could run and play and had a great time. If you ask me: it was a good place to take her for an hour or two, but it is hard to keep an eye on her given the design so you have to keep moving around, there is no supervision by the employees so you do have mixed ages running free and it can be a problem. In terms of cleanliness it is no dirtier or cleaner then any indoor kids place. I think that just comes with the territory. Didn't try the food so can't say. The stuff for the younger kids does need to be updated. read more

So about a month ago my husband and I decided to throw a party for our son here. The food was great, the kids had fun.But ... my party host Natalia made me think other wise her appearance was unprofessional (her hair was everywhere, her clothes was not ironed she just looked dirty not party host worthy), Extremely ansi seemed like she just wanted us out the way, very rushing I was not happy with it at all, Had a very bad attitude as well. But ... when it came to the time to pay she switched modes immediately seemed like she just cared about the tip. Which my husband gave I didn't mind because I did keep in mind she is a young girl 15/16 years old at the most. But I do believe this place does need to do something about this. Everyone deserves to be treated correctly not only when it comes time to pay, it was very upsetting. I will definitely recommend a different host if you're throwing a party here. read more
