I reach out to Richard Marous who lied and said his name was Rick Marous. I asked him twice to see the property, and he stated " My time is somewhat limited the next few days. I can get there at 3:30 June, 14. Text or call me Saturday morning to confirm." Seeing that I'm self employed I agree to work with his schedule. Now imagine I followed up with a text confirming I will be meeting you at 3:30 for him to text back and say it's rented. You were missing all week and did'nt have the time. Liar... I sent you the text you sent me. You're the one who stated you didn't have the time. It's not a problem that someone rented the property. It's the fact that he's disrespectful to other people's time. Where is the professionalism? Richard/ Rick what ever your name is you could have said I understand there was a property you wanted to see, however it was rented. Is there any other property I can be of any assistance to you. Simple! You are licensed through the state of Florida. Go back and take a course on professionalism. Maybe you guys wouldn't have so many bad review. I give people the benefit of the doubt until you prove otherwise. You could have gained several clients through me. Instead, I would never recommend anyone to this Investpro properties. Someone in their review said a bunch of clowns work there. Richard you prove to be one of them. Have yourself a beautiful and blessed day. Thank you, Lord.....what's for me is for me. What's not I leave it alone....

I have bought and sold several properties over the years, and Holly stands out as the most dedicated and hardworking realtor I have ever worked with. From helping me choose paint colors and repairmen, to finding me an interim renter at no extra charge, and then preparing tons of extra paperwork because the buyer's lender kept postponing the closing, Holly went way above and beyond on multiple occasions. She worked at all hours of the day and night and was consistently in touch with the buyer's realtor and with me. I you want a knowledgeable and hardworking realtor who takes your interest truly to heart and will do as much work as needed to get your place sold or find you the right home, I would highly recommend Holly.

I highly recommend Mindy as both a buyer's and a seller's agent. What sets the Heilman team apart…read moreis their commitment to a client's best interest, detailed market research, timely follow-ups with buyer's agents, critical feed back on potential buyer's impressions from showings, and even offering creative solutions to renovations when asked. Mindy tirelessly worked with me for almost two years while I was looking for my perfect downsized home. I wasn't sure what I wanted initially but finally found my match and the purchase went seamlessly. She was always available to answer questions, solve problems and execute transactions. When it came to selling my home, the team has marketing down to a fine art, starting with pricing based on comparable recent sales. Her listing photography showed my house in it's best light, elegant staging highlighting structural bones. Besides the MLS, there was extensive digital exposure as well as a beautiful brochure mailing. The sales process was handled so professionally. I was always informed of showings dates, status reports, market valuations and current sales in my area. Mindy exceeded my expectations by significantly increasing an offer price by skillfully negotiating based on what we determined the house true valuation to be. This was done in a competitive market and could only have been done by a professional with extensive market knowledge and persistence. I trust Mindy and the Heilman Team for their integrity, accurate valuations and client loyalty. I'm very grateful that Mindy was my agent both as a buyer and a seller.

She is very familiar with the home's location so knew how to market it. Her communication with us was excellent; when we needed to contact her whether by call or text, she answered us quickly. She was great at explaining more things than I can list in relation to selling a house. And, we received notifications when the house was to be shown and a weekly summary of its status on real estate sites. She gave us great information/advice about potential buyers. When inspections turned up some issues with the house and property, she found and contacted companies to correct them. This was especially helpful since living so far away we really needed that extra help. She is easy to talk to which I really appreciated because selling a house, especially one from a distance, was stressful at times. She made the entire process as easy as it could be. I'm so happy we had her as the agent to sell the house and highly recommend her.

Everyone knew someone who was a realtor and it seemed all of them I signed with simply listed the house and waited. Barbara was recommended to me and I was hesitant but said I would try again but ONLY with a 30 day contract. Barbara showed the house to more people in those 30 days than any other realtor in the past five years, so I signed for another 30 days. SHE SOLD IT IN 34 DAYS!!! I cannot say enough about her. She is so personable yet takes her job very seriously. I am so grateful to be downsizing and moving on to the next phase of my life and all thanks to the realtor who is a true professional and has the contacts to make it happen! Thank you!! I should also mention, this occurred during phase 1 of the Coronavirus so everyone was "masked up", August temperatures and during the 34 day listing to sell process, one of my air conditions died!

Kathy Perez was the listing agent for a home we were going to purchase just before Christmas. In my…read moreopinion, Kathy Perez is an unethical and an unreliable agent who should be removed from the real estate community entirely. Initially she provided a fraudulent home owner insurance quote to us, stating the home had proper roofing mitigation (a difference of 5000 a year for a home like this) and when asked questions about the authenticity of the policy she never answered. We went on to call the insurance company ourselves to confirm the quote was accurate and the girl who answered for the insurance company told us that she was told to add information to decrease the quote because the original numbers were quote, "astronomical." No one knew what the right information was. So again my realtor had to track down the roofers to try and find out if Kathy Perez was telling the truth. We put in an offer despite the shadiness of the entire situation. Ms. Perez told us the sellers agreed and the home was ours. After several days with no response from Ms. Perez, it turned out that Ms. Perez had sold the home to someone else over Christmas. As a former sales manager, I understand the nature of sales is cut-throat at times, but employees should not be able to lie and cheat to get their sales. As cliche as it may read, buyer's beware, if you come across a listing from Kathy Perez, it is safe to assume that you must to do all your research yourself and take her words with a grain of salt.
