Kathy Perez was the listing agent for a home we were going to purchase just before Christmas. In my…read moreopinion, Kathy Perez is an unethical and an unreliable agent who should be removed from the real estate community entirely. Initially she provided a fraudulent home owner insurance quote to us, stating the home had proper roofing mitigation (a difference of 5000 a year for a home like this) and when asked questions about the authenticity of the policy she never answered. We went on to call the insurance company ourselves to confirm the quote was accurate and the girl who answered for the insurance company told us that she was told to add information to decrease the quote because the original numbers were quote, "astronomical." No one knew what the right information was. So again my realtor had to track down the roofers to try and find out if Kathy Perez was telling the truth. We put in an offer despite the shadiness of the entire situation. Ms. Perez told us the sellers agreed and the home was ours. After several days with no response from Ms. Perez, it turned out that Ms. Perez had sold the home to someone else over Christmas. As a former sales manager, I understand the nature of sales is cut-throat at times, but employees should not be able to lie and cheat to get their sales. As cliche as it may read, buyer's beware, if you come across a listing from Kathy Perez, it is safe to assume that you must to do all your research yourself and take her words with a grain of salt.

My fiancé and I were recently recruited to a new company and we suddenly found ourselves in…read moredesperate need to sell our home to relocate as quickly as possible. We found Dana and immediately knew she was a perfect fit. After touring our home she picked up on every selling point and highlighted all the hard work we had put into remodeling it. Once we had it on the market she was the most attentive and avid realtor we could have hoped for. Anytime we reached out with questions or concerns she would answer within minutes. She was always ready with sound advice and was endlessly patient through all of the ups and downs of finding the right buyer for our home. We decided we were comfortable enough to purchase our new home nearer our job before selling the old one and left it entirely in Dana's hands. With all of the stress of moving, transitioning to new jobs, and also taking on two mortgages, Dana was truly the glue that held our sanity together. She was consistent, tenacious, and most importantly...honest. Dana's enthusiasm to sell our house and her inherent business sense had it sold in less than 3 months for exactly what we hoped to walk away with. As a final note, I would like to add that this was our first time selling a house and we quickly learned it is a very strenuous and turbulent endeavor. Dana stepped in and made the journey with us and every step of the way and that's really all anyone hoped for when trying to find the perfect realtor.
