Debbie and Aly of Property Management Treasure Coast have been…read more managing my 3 properties in Florida for four years. They have always been professional, trustworthy, and on top of things. With me traveling a lot, I counted on them to keep a good working relationship with the tenants, take care of any needed repairs, and keep the accounting books in order. Debbie calls me on a Saturday my first day on property complaining how early she woke up that morning to do work after we just drove overnight to get to our new place and then adds to not ever contact them on the weekend. Allie takes weeks to contact owners for repairs. Jillian continuously contacts us for forms that were electronically signed and sent back via her own e sign companies of choice saying she didn't get them yet the recipes were also generated she missed. ALL of the various contractors who have come out know this company to be difficult in handling work orders and requests. Even the neighbors gave us a heads up about how ridiculous they conduct 'business' after we moved in. They lack communication between themselves and are frustrating to deal with. They use texting as a main form of communication which is fine but contradict themselves in the treads regarding almost everything. As a renter I will be sure not to rent any properties in the future from these people and as a past home owner/future home owner I would never let them manage my properties. Home owners may make money here but if you want happy renters - or are renters this is one of the worst companyI have ever come across many states.
