Initially, we had sought to work with Erica Wolfe as we had heard nothing but glowing reviews about Erica. We were not at all disappointed that we were transferred to her associate, Kerry Ducharme though. Kerry was readily available to answer questions and conduct showings. Felicia Latchaw has been helping my boyfriend and I find a place since December 2020. She is the best agent I have ever been in contact with and was extremely helpful and informative with absolutely everything.
