They DO NOT care about their clients wishes and they're only in it for the money. From the beginning of the deal they lied about making offers to multiple houses my parents were interested in. My parents had one house they liked the most so coincidently Linda says that none of the other 4 houses came back with a counter offer and the only one that did was this house. I mean none of them have still sold so it seems suspicious that none of them came back. My parents also wanted to have the furniture negotiated into the deal and they discouraged them and told them to wait until after closing to bring it up to the sellers. I mean by that time what sell is not going to have a plan to keep the furniture? Absolutely stupid. I told my parents that, and they went back to the realtor during the inspection period to make sure they could hear back about an offer for this furniture. The realtors never pushed to get back. With my parents asking multiple times a week for an update, they finally got back 3 WEEKS LATER. Overall, they made many requests to work together with seller and they just found out that the sellers never heard about of them.
